Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Sumida River

Fantastic accommodation, lovely and peaceful streets. Beds and futons were comfortable. Had everything we needed. Bakery at the station was so good. Thanks, we had an amazing time!

Great location which is just a short walk to the subway. Short train ride to places like Shibuya and Shinjuku. Yet quiet and peaceful. The personal parking was a big plus for us as we were driving. And the washer with dryer was really convenient. Place was neat and clean. Miho was responsive and instructions were clear. A hidden gem in the heart of Tokyo.

Great Location. The train shakes the upstairs a bit but we had no problem sleeping through it and it didn't bother us much during the day.

Jerry's place at Suginami was very spacious, extremely clean and has been maintained very well! Jerry was very easy to communicate with and responded to any requests promptly. We would highly recommend Jerry's place for anyone visiting Tokyo!

We loved our stay at Yoshi’s! It was great to be 30 minutes away from Shinjuku but have the ability to come home to a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. There is a great grocery store right on the corner and both Komae and Kitami stations are 15 minute walks. We will definitely stay again!

Such an amazing stay! The house had such a traditional Japanese feel and was very cozy. Very close to the subway station so it made for easy travel within Tokyo! Would definitely stay again.

We had such a lovely stay at Jim’s place in Mitaka! The location was perfect—just under a 20-minute walk from Tsutsujigaoka Station, and honestly, the walk itself was a highlight. Wandering through the quiet neighborhood streets was a peaceful way to start and end the day. The area had everything we needed—great local restaurants, cozy bars, and plenty of shops nearby. Jim was a fantastic host and even had two bikes available for us to use, which made getting around town super easy and fun. The studio was such a cool space to hang out in, even though we didn't do any recording. I had to work remotely on a night shift, and it was the ideal spot to take calls and play music without worrying about disturbing anyone else in the house or neighborhood. It was such a refreshing change of pace from the hustle of central Tokyo. Mitaka gave us room to breathe while still being connected. Would absolutely stay again! Thank you, Jim (superhost)!!!

We are a family of 4 and this was a great place for us to stay. Excellent location, with convenience stores very close by and we could walk into Shinjuku easily. The apartment had everything we needed for a 6-night stay and the hosts were absolutely brilliant at communicating about everything. We would definitely recommend.

Hongs place was great. The ability to stretch out after cramped hotels was great. 6 minute walk to Wasada station. 15 minutes to Shinjuku from there. A number of restaurants and Cafe close by.

This home is squeaky clean. Spotless! Very comfortable beds and pillows. Everything was organized. This will h eny go to place in Tokyo.Highly recommended. It was a great experience. Thank you for having us.

Near to everywhere in Shubuya

Fabulous place. So much space, a big kitchen that has a fridge/freezer, dining area, big TV, big washroom, comfortable couch, very comfortable bed, and a huge patio! Also 2 patio doors, so easy to get fresh air! We loved the cotton towels (all our other locations in Japan had microfiber towels). Great water pressure in the shower too. The home seems brand new and was very, very nicely finished. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby, super close to the subway, and walkable to many interesting places. Our hosts were very responsive and helped me figure out our taxi dropped us off at the wrong location (despite me copying the address into the rides hare app). We would absolutely stay here again. One of the nicest Airbnb places we've ever stayed at.

We loved our stay in Shibuya. Takumi was very responsive and his instructions on how to get to his apartment were perfect.

We only stayed for one night but it was easy to find the Airbnb and check in. Would say it’s a bit dated compared to what I expected from the photos but was clean and had everything we needed. Ryo and sent us so many recommendations which was lovely. There’s so much to do in the area!

It's really close to Skytree and seems quiet and safe. If you want to explore other places, you have to go back and forth by metro for about an hour, but it was far enough to get around. It was clean and the perfect size for 2 people to live.

This is one of the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had, great apartment and fantastic surroundings. I would highly recommend it.

Nice area and view from the roof, it’s quite a bit of stairs to get up and it’s narrow so keep that in mind if you’re traveling with luggage. The beds were just a bit uncomfortable but nonetheless it does the job, other than that it’s a nice clean space and i recommend staying here.

Great place and great host. Very large by Tokyo standards and homely. Also very central so easy to get around. Premo was extremely responsive and helpful, going above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay, even sourcing a babysitter at very short notice! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Very close to both Shibuya and Ebisu which makes it easy to transit anywhere in Tokyo, including the airport (Haneda). The space was very clean and had more room than hotels which was nice. The neighbourhood was quiet and had a few higher end bars/restaurants/coffee shops in the area. If you are visiting Tokyo this is a great option especially if you don’t mind walking a few minutes to get to the subway. Highly recommend!

It's a beautiful place. I wish the host was a little bit more flexible with the early check ins and late check outs, but I understand it's something that cannot always be available. Other than that, amazing place.

Hitomi took amazing care of me and my daughter while we were her guests! She sent us a detailed list of recommendations for the neighborhood including kid-friendly highlights. When my daughter needed to go to the doctor, she sent a list of clinics. She also helped me ship some luggage to make my train trip easier. She was an incredible host, always going above and beyond. Incredible host with perfect apartment for our 10 day stay in Shinjuku. Communication was amazing as was instructions/suggestions. There was heaps of room within the apartment for all our luggage and shopping. Toilet/bathroom was fantastic as was the amenities . Location was really good, walking distance to all the action and also train station I will be back here during my next stay. Thanks again, Steven and Harley from Australia.

A great place to stay. The location is close enough to everything you’ll want to do in Tokyo but in a great corner away from the craziness of the main area of the district.
