Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Sumida River

Before leaving the country, I was looking for a hotel near the airport where I could stay with my dog, but I couldn't find a good place, so I used Airbnb for the first time.The owner responded quickly and was very kind, and I had a good memory with the dog before leaving the country.Thank you very much.

Our host was very nice and responsive to our questions.The instructions and house rules sent were easy to understand. The apartment was clean but smaller than we expected, it is just nice for 2/3 people. The neighbourhood is quiet but it has a lot of stores such as supermarket, drug store, convenience stores and laundromat (there’s a small laundromat near the supermarket ) within a short walking distance. The nearest train station (Keisei-Koiwa station) is a short walk away and you can walk about 20 minutes to Koiwa station on the Chuo-Sobu line. From Keisei-Koiwa station, you can take to Narita Airport directly without transfers).

Meihong is a great host. She answered my questions promptly and as clearly as possible. Overall the house is in a great condition completed with facilities. We had an amazing stay. Thank you!

So close to restaurants and the Meguro River and the shopping is great. Close to the train station so very easy to get around. The place is not spacious but then we were only there to sleep. We really enjoyed the locality. Riki’s communication was excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Tokyo! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable trip. The location was incredibly convenient—close to public transportation, shops, and great food spots—making it easy to explore the city. Communication with the host was clear and timely, and check-in was a breeze. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches that made the place feel like a home away from home. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Tokyo!

The apartment was clean, modern. Everything we needed was provided, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and reliable Wi-Fi. Check-in was smooth, and the host was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. It was close to the Shibuya with easy access to the station, shopping, great food, and all the iconic spots like Shibuya Crossing. Yet the apartment itself was tucked away in a quiet corner, so we had peaceful nights.

Motohiro-san’s apartment at Amino Residence was a fantastic place to stay. He was an excellent host, communicated promptly and responsively, provided detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment and answered any questions I had. You cannot ask for a better host! The apartment is located very close to Ikejiri-Ohashi Station, which is one stop from Shibuya. The area around Setagaya is a lovely, quiet neighborhood with tons of convenience, restaurants, nearby laundromat, and a beautiful inari shrine across the street. It was truly the perfect combination of quiet getaway with quick access to the heart of Shibuya. It was also only a short walk to Meguro River. It really made for a great time visiting Tokyo. It felt like home!

Kazutomi was a wonderful host who was extremely accommodating to my party. He was responsive to any questions and requests we had and the place was pretty much exactly as described on airbnb. Bed was comfortable and location was within walking distance to the station which could bring you to your desired location! Would recommend to others looking for a more quiet place in Tokyo!

Chie's place was beautiful and relaxing. I enjoyed my time there immensely and loved taking peaceful walks along the river. Chie and her husband are kind, patient, and very friendly. I felt well taken care of in her home and would love to stay again if ever I have the chance.

Perfect location. Two train stations near by within 5-7 min walk. Lots of groceries store near by too. Host was very responsive with any questions that I had. Neighborhood was safe and clean. We were a party of 7 and felt right at home. Enough space for all of us. Thanks again for letting us stay in your home. Highly recommend it. 🙂

The place is in a great location very close to Nishi Waseda station. The size of the apartment is relatively big for Tokyo and is very comfortable for a longer stay. Lots of restaurants, supermarket and shops nearby. Will definitely stay again!

This place is a gem, if you see it available, grab it without hesitation. It’s in a great location - a secluded quiet place close to the streets with shops and a temple, 10 min walk to Sagamo JR line and metro line. The hosts are wonderful, too, very responsive and they let us check in early after our redeye flight. The house has everything you need, there are two bedrooms upstairs (separated by a divider) with two queen size beds in one and two twin size beds in the other, all the bedding is super comfortable. Downstairs there is a beautiful traditional Japanese room, a kitchen with a dining table, a toilet, a shower and a washing machine. All utensils you need for eating at home and basic cooking (including basic ingredients). I would say this house is very convenient for 3-5 people, 7-8 will probably be crowded since Japanese houses are typically not large. We loved our stay and will definitely book again!

The one word to describe this home is EFFICIENT. It is cute, organized and very well maintained. It's also cleaned properly. I had everything I needed for a short stay. The best part is the host is uber quick to respond to messages. Good host. House is about 20minutes walk from Koiwa station and from there you can go anywhere in Tokyo. There are restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Note: train runs by the house but for some reason the sound did not bother me. Definitely recommend.

Great places if you are travelling with big group of friends but still want to have some privacy between inner groups. Plenty of amenities provided. be aware that the kitchen is shared and required separated door to entry.

We had a pleasant stay in Tokyo in this accommodation located in the Ikebukuro neighborhood. The description and photos are very accurate. Everything went well: special mention to the host who is very responsive if you have any questions!

This was our first Airbnb in Japan and it started off the trip well. 5 full size beds in 3 bedrooms was great for privacy. Mattresses are on the firm side. It's in the middle of K-town so lively and exciting, but on Monday night, I could hear people and k-pop playing until 4 am. Luckily I enjoy the music and was so jet-lagged, I slept through most of it. There's a filtered water dispenser, which is very nice for filling reusable bottles for the day and not having to worry about buying from the store. There's a couple hosts and the one who was in charge of communication during the trip was very responsive, even when I messaged at 7 am (sorry!) The dining table was nice to eat quick meals at and a Lawson is right around the corner. The shower was fairly clean, but we did have to use the designated shower slippers and the area right outside the shower lacked clean space to put down our clean clothes or toiletry bags etc. Not a big deal unless you're a germaphobe. Overall great experience!

Great location! So close to the hustle and hustle of Shibuya and yet so quiet and so peaceful and in such a great area! I loved the location! The home is clean and very spacious and especially for Tokyo standards and had everything we needed. Close to all types of shopping, grocery, dining, bars and restaurants. The host is very responsive and I appreciated that as well. Overall, I recommend this home for its great location in Tokyo and the fact that it’s a clean and spacious home with a responsive host.

エイホウさん was an amazing host. Very warm, friendly and positive attitude, always responsive. I loved my 7-day-stay at this apartment and it was mainly because of エイホウさんpresence. The price is right, the location was very quiet and close enough to 2 subway/train stations which made it easy to go anywhere. Thank you エイホウさん for everything!!

Our family of 7 stayed here. We all loved how clean and spacious it is! Shibuya is a busy place but this airbnb is just a stones throw away. Definitely quiet for a peaceful rest at night! It had everything we need! We loved it!
