Vacation rentals with breakfast in Sumida River

The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating! The place was very clean, quiet, and well-located with the subway within easy walking distance. The varied breakfast each day was wonderful. Fumito was very helpful & responsive during check-in, & he provided useful information about the shops nearby. The room is bigger than it looked initially on AirBNB, so I was pleasantly surprised. Will definitely recommend this spot if you’re looking for cheaper accommodation near Tokyo!

Yuki is a very nice host, the house is new, every corner is tidy and clean, the location of the house is quiet and convenient, it is quite moderate.Will recommend us food, prepare drinks, and the stay was great!

We had a very nice and relaxing time at Keiko and Kako's place. In many ways, it felt like we were visiting friends or relatives. Their place is very beautiful and spacious, and the atmosphere is extremely cozy. We were lucky enough to share breakfast and dinner with them a couple of times. The location is also amazing, in a residential, relaxed but well connected area, very close to the train station. Our hosts were very helpful and provided us with all the information we needed and gave us a very nice introduction to Japanese culture and cuisine. After a long journey, our jet-lagged family couldn't have chosen a better place to start our visit. We look forward to a future stay.

One of the best staying I've had! Beautiful house in a cozy neighborhood<3 Everything is flawless and tidy, and Yoshiko san always takes care of everything for the best stay. Most of the things you need for stay are provided including delicious bread, various kinds of beverages and some snacks for every day! And there are cvs nearby—family mart for the nearest and seven eleven near the station(only 5-7 mins by walk) —so that you can buy any other thing you want! 10,000% recommend, especially for solo travelers! I absolutely loved my stay here! Everything was incredibly clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious — every meal was made with such care, and I looked forward to it every day. What made my experience even more special were the owners, Ms. Akiko and her husband — they were truly the kindest and most thoughtful hosts I’ve ever met. They made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. I’m especially grateful for how they went above and beyond to help me when I had an issue at the airport — their support meant so much to me. I can’t express how thankful I am for their warm hospitality. I genuinely fell in love with this place, and I already miss it. I would love to come back and stay again — hopefully very soon!

I stayed for a full week in this house, and really had nothing to report. It's run by a really nice couple, everything is very clean and the rooms are comfortable. There is a lot of traffic in front of the house but the windows are soundproofed. I really recommend this place.

Very easy to get to Tokyo Disneyland on the bus!

Great stay, Japanese room is small but comfortable to stay in.The bed is also very comfortable.Only 3 minutes on foot from the comprehensive supermarket.Very convenient.There is a bus to Disney.

For our first stay in Japan it was a great experience! The place is just 2-3min from the next trainstation, which is very good, if you want to shop a lot or want to get somewhere unplanned. The Room was very clean and fits the pictures. Don't bring to much luggage or else You can't move in there. The bed fills the room, so you can't store luggage under it. It suits a couple best, but if you have no problem cuddling with your friend, take this one! Price and performance is great.

Ikebukuro is a very convenient location to Shinjuku which is a transit point for many locations. The room is a well designed, with furniture that are well thought out and intentionally placed. Although the room is small, everything you need is available including cutlery and your own microwave. Minor disadvantages are the small fridge where I have to place tall items horizontally like milk or drinks. Location is slightly far with around 20mins walking time from main Ikebukuro station. The walking distance matters when your legs are exhausted after a whole day, but you can take the bus which is nearby. Asama-san is a very friendly host, who'll check in with you at times and easy to talk to.

Machiko’s place is always amazing! She is great with communication and so kind! Rooms are compact but so comfortable, with everything you could need! With easy access to public transportation and a plethora of restaurants, it’s become my go to for TDR trips! Thank you, Machiko!

We had a lovely stay at this airbnb. A perfect place to stay if you want to visit Disney parks, just few minutes away by bus! Bus stop is literally few mins walk and nearby to Lawson to grab your quick snack! We also love this place as it provides washing machine & iron. However, the dryer is few mins walk from the stay but still convenient. In addition, if you stay more than 2 days i think, someone will come to clean your room (with a cost) but it’s worth it. Thank you so much to the hosts for being so responsive, appreciate it a lot :)

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at the unit, which was perfect for our family. The place was clean, safe, and well-equipped, with a fantastic washer/dryer and a delightful daily breakfast as a bonus. Its proximity to train stations made it incredibly convenient, and the address was easy for Uber and shuttle drivers to locate. We’d love to stay again on our next trip to Tokyo. Motoko was very hospitable, and used some English with us since we couldn't speak much Japanese. She also made us breakfast-to-order each day which was *amazing*. The overall environment felt warm and welcoming, and me and my two co-guests were very comfortable. You should know that this is someone's home with a shared kitchen/living room. You and your fellow guests have a more private living space which includes a washing area, bedrooms and other necessities. (and the host has her own space upstairs as well, so you still have a fair amount of privacy regardless). As long as you're ok with that, this will be a great stay!

Motoko is sweet and kind! The room was perfect and breakfast was amazing. Location was perfect because it was close to a train station and lots of activities!.

Ayumi, Toshi, and their daughter Mizuki are truly wonderful hosts. We felt warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived. The house was spotless, cozy, and perfectly located, just a short walk from the station. It's in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of Tokyo, which was exactly what we were looking for! peaceful and relaxed, yet still a quick train ride into the city center. Ayumi prepared delicious homemade breakfasts for us each morning. Beyond simply offering a place to stay, they made us feel like part of the family. They even helped us buy Shinkansen tickets and arranged to have our luggage delivered to our next hotel. Kindnesses that made our travels so much smoother. We also spent lovely time together outside the house, enjoying dinners, drinks, and a full-day picnic on weekend. We had great conversations about our cultures and daily life. Experiences that made the our trip feel truly personal and unforgettable. Thank you so much!

This time, two of us stayed for two nights. I was able to arrive as shown on the map that I had seen beforehand, and there was a convenience store along the way, so I had a pleasant time without any inconvenience. The breakfast we had for two consecutive days was also warm and delicious, and we had a happy time with Motoko's thoughtfulness, such as changing the taste and menu. Thank you very much!
