Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Sumida River

We stayed with a big group and everyone was very happy with our stay. It was very clean, conveniently located near the train station and it was very peaceful at night. We highly recommend this airbnb for your next trip to Tokyo! The host was very responsive and helpful and we can’t wait to go back and stay again.

Fang’s place was fantastic. Location was so convenient to Shinjuku and its local station is on the line to Harry Potter studios. Fang told us to see the Sakura by the canal and they were fantastic. The apartment had everything needed and very clean and large. We would love to stay again next time in Tokyo!

This place was incredible. Having a FamilyMart 50m away from the house was so fun. Also the area is very walkable.

Our family of 7 had a great time here. The home has everything we needed and the location was nice. Kyoko sent the most thorough instructions ahead of time which we appreciated so much because it made it easy to know what to expect and when we got to the front door getting in was a breeze. The bedrooms had nice clean sheets, fluffy pillows, and everyone in our group talked about how well they slept in the beds. We never really used the downstairs area because everything we needed was on the main floor but it was convenient to have a private space down there with a separate shower and toilet. I liked how easy it was to open the windows and doors to let the fresh air in and to step outside. The laundry was great, the appliances were all easy to use. It's a cozy home and it has everything you might need for a short stay while exploring the city. Plenty of hot water too and lots of places to plug in to charge phones etc. It's rare to find such a unique accommodation; recommend 100%.

we had a wonderful stay at Tomoya's house. it's in one of our favorite neighborhoods in Tokyo - mellow, walkable, but with so much to do and easy access to the rest of the city. there is a sento a 5 minute walk away, and more tiny coffee shops within a mile radius than we could even visit. the home itself is delightful - it seems like it was an izakaya in a past life, and still has a great kitchen. Tomoya was a kind and responsive host. We hope to stay again whenever we're in Tokyo!

We had a good stay. The apartment was very clean and we liked the quiet neighborhood.

A very good stay! Japanese-style house in a quiet residential area. About 10-minute walk from the subway station, and it's relatively smooth to Ikebukuro, Shinjuku, and Shibuya. The landlord speaks very good English, responds promptly, and even recommends us the red wine. The house is clean and tidy. Although it's a bit old, the facilities are very complete. The stairs are very steep, but my 50-year-old mother didn't encounter any problems. The landlord also prepared water and snacks. All in all, it was a pleasant experience! I hope to come again if I have the chance!

It's very exquisite, there are flowers everywhere, even The door was decorated very thoughtfully.The room is clean and tidy, and it is comfortable to stay in.All kinds of furniture designs are very interesting.The bathroom is a three-separation design, which is very convenient to use and will not affect each other.Overall, I had a great stay. It is suitable for friends who like quiet and environmentally conscious. The only downside is that the transportation is far from the city. It is suitable for friends who drive.

Close to the station, and they explained in detail how to check in and enter the room in advance, making it very easy to understand. The room was very stylish, clean and a pleasant place to stay. Six of us stayed, but we had a pleasant time because we had little luggage. The Wi-Fi password was different from the one listed, so it took some time to check it, and it may have been just this time, but at 16: 00 check-in, the cleaning was still going on, and it was awkward to meet the cleaning staff.

The host was very accommodating. If I needed something, I asked and they took care of it. We felt right at home.

The place looks brand new. The location is great; There are convenience stores and a mall close by. There are also a lot of restaurants and shops in the area. The staff are very responsive and very accommodating to our special requests. My family stayed here for a week and we all enjoyed and felt at home here.

Sky Villa Sumire was our home away from home for 8 days and 7 nights, and our overall stay was superb! Booking this place was definitely a great decision. The location is very accessible—just a few blocks from the train station, grocery store, and convenience stores. The place itself is lovely, spacious, and comfortable, perfect for our big family, which included two seniors, one person with a disability, and three toddlers. We truly appreciated the hospitality, understanding, and thoughtfulness of our host. Yoshi-san made us feel at home right away. He accommodated our requests and was very responsive to our inquiries. This Airbnb will surely be loved by anyone who stays here, thanks to its cleanliness and the well-provided supplies—especially the coffee. We loved it! 😆 Once again, thank you, Yoshi-san and your co-hosts, for allowing us to have such a lovely stay! It was definitely worth it, and we would love to stay here again when we visit Tokyo someday. Highly recommended! 😊

kayo was very responsive as a host. the location is good and easy connection to Asakusa station.

Nice area and view from the roof, it’s quite a bit of stairs to get up and it’s narrow so keep that in mind if you’re traveling with luggage. The beds were just a bit uncomfortable but nonetheless it does the job, other than that it’s a nice clean space and i recommend staying here.

Great place and great host. Very large by Tokyo standards and homely. Also very central so easy to get around. Premo was extremely responsive and helpful, going above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay, even sourcing a babysitter at very short notice! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Our family of 7 stayed here. We all loved how clean and spacious it is! Shibuya is a busy place but this airbnb is just a stones throw away. Definitely quiet for a peaceful rest at night! It had everything we need! We loved it!

Very spacious apartment, and great for a family of four. Amazing location with a huge variety of local restaurants to choose from and easy access to metro. Would stay at the Mars Hotel again!

we love our stay at Hitomi's place. It was super easy going in the appartement and with all the great recommandations she provided. We stayed in with a years old and a 5 months, it was super convenient. It's really closed to train's station and a lot of shops and restaurant.

Great host, had some trouble with the lockbox and they came over to help us within 10 minutes. Shin-okubo is a great location to stay in central Tokyo, highly recommended this area. Loved the balcony Would stay again %100

Our family is importing our cat to Japan, and we needed somewhere pet friendly plus for four people. Makoto-san's place was perfect for our needs. We also loved the very soft, warm blankets which kept us cozy during this winter weather. Everything was comfortable, Makoto-san was very kind and responsive. I recommend his place if you also have a furry friend and family needing somewhere clean, cozy, and convenient.
