Private Pool Villa Suite Tokyo Property Information ■ Location & Access Address: 6-8-4 Edogawa, Edogawa-ku, Tokyo Nearest Station: Ichinoe Station (Toei Shinjuku Line), Exit A4 – approx. 14 minutes on foot (Taxi is recommended, especially with luggage) Bus Access: • About 5 minutes by bus from Ichinoe Station (get off at “Furukawa Shinsui Park”) • About 7 minutes by bus from Kasai Station (get off at “Furukawa Shinsui Park”) Airport Access: • From Narita Airport: Limousine bus approx. 70 minutes (one way ¥1,600) • From Haneda Airport: Limousine bus approx. 36 minutes (one way ¥1,100) The villa is located in a quiet residential area. Access to downtown entertainment areas takes approximately 30 minutes by train from Ichinoe Station. ■ Access to Tokyo Disney Resort By car: Approx. 15 minutes to Tokyo Disneyland Direct shuttle bus: From the bus stop “Furukawa Shinsui Park,” located on the road directly in front of the villa, • Approx. 25 minutes to Tokyo Disneyland • Approx. 35 minutes to Tokyo DisneySea (depending on traffic conditions) ※The villa is a convenient base for visiting both Disneyland and DisneySea over two days. ■ Property Overview Maximum occupancy: 1–8 guests For more than 8 guests, an additional fee of ¥5,000 per person per night applies. Infants under 1 year old stay free of charge. Layout: 1st floor: Living room, dining area, kitchen, bathroom, toilet 2nd floor: Twin bedroom, queen bedroom, Japanese-style room, toilet Beds: • 2 single beds • 1 queen bed • 3 Japanese futons • 1 extra bed In addition to the beds listed above, two sofa beds are available in the living room. Blankets, pillows, and sheets are provided for the sofa beds. Bedding is prepared according to the number of guests. One set of sheets is provided per bed. ■ Pool Information Availability: May to early October Depth: 1.1 meters In May, June, September, and early October, the water temperature is automatically adjusted up to 32°C. However, due to outdoor temperatures, the water may feel cooler on colder days and swimming may not be comfortable. In July and August, the pool heating function is turned off. The gazebo (sunshade) curtains will be installed from mid-July through August. However, for safety reasons, they will be removed during rainy weather or strong winds, even if you are using the BBQ area. ■ Amenities & Facilities Amenities: Toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hairbrush, razor, slippers, coffee, tea, mineral water Towels: One set per guest regardless of length of stay (1 bath towel & 1 face towel per person) For additional washing, please use the coin laundry next to the nearby LAWSON. It is 100 meters away from the main hall of Sensoji, one of the most famous temples in Tokyo. You can easily get to convenient stores, restaurants and Japanese traditional stores from the accommodation. We lent the whole house for your stay, therefore it will be comfortable stay for a couple, with your friends, or with your family. Inside of the accommodation is non-smoking area. ---please cut off the power air-conditioner and lighting and home electronics when you go out door. This house has been succeeded from our great grandfather for more than 100 years ago. The house was destroyed during the World War 2, but after the war it was rebuilt and also renovated Sep. of 2014. Therefore the inside of the house is brand-new, and the newest earthquake‐resistant structure can makes you feel safe, even if you come across an earthquake. The house is traditional wooden two storied house. It looks ordinary house, but it has a new kitchen, toilets, air-conditioners , lighting, bathrooms using the newest Japanese technologies.
