We had a wonderful time in the house and Cvijeta and Ivan were always there for our needs!

Marija was super nice and accommodating and always responded quickly to all inquiries. The apartment was very clean and was close to the beach and restaurants as well as supermarkets. Finally, we even received a kilo of self-picked cherries from her father and the price was very fair and definitely worth it.

We were warmly greeted upon arrival with a lovingly arranged ham and cheese platter, snacks, beer and wine – a great start to the holiday! The place itself was beautiful, modernly furnished, very clean and in a fantastic location. The pool was rather knee-deep and more reminiscent of a large hot tub, but still pleasant for cooling off. The hosts were extremely friendly, helpful and always available. We felt completely comfortable – absolutely recommended!

Absolutely recommended! The garden and direct access to the sea are a dream, inviting you to swim and walk (or jog) by the water. Everything was very clean and the linens and sofa cushions smelled particularly fresh. Dubravka is warm and uncomplicated. With the passenger ferry you can visit Zadar and other islands. With the car ferry you can visit national parks on the mainland, but the island also gives you enough options to relax, eat and hike. You definitely need a car. We had a great vacation!

The location of the accommodation is great! Right by the sea. The house is optimally sized and tastefully decorated. The terrace is super. Perfect for beach lovers. Tiziano was always available. Clear recommendation.

We had a wonderful stay at Mislav's house. The welcome was warm, and the house was even better than we expected: comfortable, clean, and perfectly equipped. Mislav was a thoughtful and responsive host, making our stay even more enjoyable. He also organized our boat trip with great care, which made the experience even better. Additionally, his recommendation for buying local olive oil was excellent. We highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the region. We were allowed to spend four days in this beautiful accommodation and felt incredibly comfortable. The location is a bit remote and wonderfully quiet – yet you can reach Zadar in just half an hour, surrounded by fantastic olive groves. The terrace with the large grill gives the evenings that certain something. The accommodation is spacious and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant, even longer stay. Goran and his family have done a great job – you rarely experience such friendly and helpful hosts. We were looking for something special, and Goran used all his connections for it. On the day of departure, he surprised us completely unexpectedly – and ended our search. 😊 Wow... We were speechless and thrilled with the whole family's dedication! ❤️ A wonderful place to enjoy evenings at the barbecue, go shopping near Zadar or take walks through the olive groves. We'd come back in a heartbeat! THX

Well finished, furnished, & appointed flat with a lovely sea view balcony to unwind in. Attention to details for comforts of home. 5 stars stay. 5 stars host. Sad to leave after 4Ns. Recommend !!!

We had an amazing stay at Ivan's place. We were just there for one night, so didn't spend a lot of time there, but the time we did spend was great - the place was super clean and comfortable, and also a very short walk from the Old City of Zadar. Ivan and Sanja were great hosts and communicated very quickly, would recommend staying here.

I had a pleasant stay at the apartment in Tribunj. Everything was as described, clean and comfortable. The location was great for exploring the area, and check-in was smooth. Overall, a good experience — thank you!

The property is located in the old town of Zadar. Everything is within walking distance (sea, beach, supermarket) The mattresses are very comfortable. The highlight from my point of view is the roof terrace with a view.

lovely accommodation in a perfect location. View from balcony was amazing. 3k walk along seafront to Zadar old town or around 4 euros in taxi. Property overlooks a lovely Marina, there is a road in front of property but that did not bother us. 10 min walk to a supermarket which is very reasonable and a little further a lovely beach bar that owners recommended on map in apartment which served the most amazing food at a great price. Lovely welcome drinks and food for our arrival, great instructions on how to access property, overall we had a lovely 4 day break

For us, it was the first time with Airbnb and we would like to thank Goran and his family very much for the hospitality. Goran was available and very helpful at all times. The view from the balcony was beautiful and we enjoyed using the entire balcony as we were the last guests. The apartment was very clean and exactly as described, with private parking. The beach was just 100 meters away with a beach bar. By car, you can quickly get to Zadar and explore the surrounding area. We felt very comfortable in the 12 days and would be happy to come back

The accommodation was very nice and pretty much as described. Nice rooftop balcony that would definitely benefit from a Jacuzzi:) in the future. Wifi doesn’t quite reach onto the rooftop; but thats a minor. Was a lovely area to be in. A very cosy family friendly place to visit with plenty of amenities and activities. Sukosan is nice small town with Zadar only a few miles away. It’s also an area which is clearly being constantly developed either for tourism or for private interests. All in all recommended. Would return.

Beautiful place close to the beach. A couple of miles away from Old Town.

It was a perfect vacation, we really liked it,more than we expected. The apartment is located on the ground floor with a magnificent terrace and a barbecue. The apartment itself was very clean, which allowed us to immediately relax (and not wash everything again,as it was in other apartments)The apartment smells of cleanliness,linens and towels smell fresh. It's a pleasure to cook in Marco's kitchen, there are a lot of dishes, household appliances, also the host of the house treated us with wine, there was water in the fridge. There was also another small gift for us on the table. A very comfortable bathroom in it also had everything you need. Marco thought of everything: mosquito tablets, necessary detergents, clean towels on the floor in the bathroom, an outdoor umbrella, badminton rackets, good and well-maintained furniture, barbecue tools,several coffee capsules and many more good things. The woman who helped us with check-in and answered questions was very nice. This was the best experience in renting on this site,we recommend it. The sea is nearby

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

Lovely stay in this apartment. Exactly as shown in the pictures, well equipped and very comfortable beds! Communication was great and helpful with restaurants and amenities nearby.

We felt very comfortable - the apartment was clean, spacious and modern. We loved the terrace with the wonderful view of the sea and the sunset. Ideal as a base for trips to Nin, Zadar, or exploring the diverse landscape by bike or e-scooter. A beautiful sandy beach is within walking distance. The hosts were absolutely sweet and helpful. We will be happy to come back!
