Sadrži dvije spavaće sobe s bračnim krevetima, kupaonicu s tušem, dodatni toalet, kuhinju, blagovaonicu i dnevni boravak s kaučem na razvlačenje. Iz dnevnog boravka izlazi se na terasu s blagovaonskim stolom. Gostima su dostupni TV, klima, Wi-Fi i parkirno mjesto. Kuća je 1,5 km od plaže, a do centra se stiže laganom šetnjom za 15 minuta. 🏖 Our newly built ☆☆☆☆ villa with a heated pool is the perfect place for a relaxing stay in the Zadar region. Located only 11 km from Zadar city center, it offers peace, privacy, and comfort. The villa features two en-suite bedrooms, a small additional room, a cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor area with a pool, sun loungers, and BBQ. I am available via Airbnb or phone and live only 10 minutes away if needed.
