The flat was clean and tidy about a 25 minute walk from the centre or a cheap taxi ride away. Host was quick with responses and helps in every way he could!

We had a lovely stay here with our dog, she absolutely adored the garden, which was perfect for her to run around and relax. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook comfortably at home, and the host couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful, always quick to respond if we had any questions. A bonus was the steak restaurant just across the road, delicious food at a great price. All in all, a peaceful, pet-friendly stay in a location close to restaurants and shops. It was nice to explore a different part of town. Thanks again!

Mi estancia en este apartamento fue simplemente fantástica. La ubicación es perfecta: una zona súper tranquila pero ideal para explorar la ciudad. El internet funcionó de maravilla durante los seis días que estuve estudiando y trabajando, incluso pude presentar un concurso laboral sin ningún problema de conexión, con toda la calma necesaria para concentrarme. El colchón fue el más cómodo que he probado en cinco meses de viaje, realmente un descanso reparador. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue impecable: siempre disponible, eficiente y con conversaciones amables e interesantes que me hicieron sentir cuidada, como si fuera una amiga de la familia. Al mismo tiempo, tuve total privacidad durante toda mi estancia. Espero poder volver a Sucre y quedarme aquí de nuevo. Lo recomiendo absolutamente.

We had an amazing stay at Daniela’s place! The flat was super clean and had everything we needed. Daniela was always very responsive and even let us check-in early after a night bus which was very kind. It’s also walking distance to the centre of town. Would highly recommend!

We had a great 5 day stay at Estefanías place in Sucre. The apartment is perfect, super clean with everything you need, and just a 10 minute walk to the centre. And Estefania was incredibly responsive and helpful with organising a late check out - highly recommend for people visiting this lovely city!

Nuestra estadía en Sucre fue excelente, y esta casa tuvo um papel fundamental en eso. La ubicación es perfecta, en una zona tranquila, pero cerca de todo lo necesario: mercados, restaurantes y lugares turísticos. La casa es muy cómoda, bien equipada y exactamente como aparece en las fotos. Todo estaba limpio y bien cuidado, ideal para descansar y también trabajar con tranquilidad. El anfitrión fue muy amable y atento desde el primer contacto. Siempre dispuesto a ayudar y asegurarse de que todo estuviera en orden. Sin duda, una de las mejores experiencias que hemos tenido en Bolivia. ¡Altamente recomendable!

It was a great stay, the location is great, near to everything and you have lots of convenience stores and restaurants around. The appartment is very nice, big, comfortable, clean, has everything you need. Julio is super friendly and flexible. I would definitely come back.

Es un lugar céntrico y tiene acceso a negocios de comida, mercado, tiendas y la plaza principal. Lo recomiendo por la accesibilidad además de una anfitriona muy amable.

Es war super! Besonders hat uns gefallen, das alles so schön sauber war. Auch die Betten, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, alles war perfekt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich und freundlich von Celia begrüßt. Sie war während des gesamten Aufenthalts immer für uns da. Hat immer innerhalb von 2 Minuten reagiert und hat dafür gesorgt, das es uns gut geht. Alleine wegen ihr und Ihrer Herzlichkeit werden wir bein nächsten Besuch in Sucre wieder diese Wohnung bei Paul buchen. Danke nochmals an Celia

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl in diesem wunderschönen Loft gefühlt. Der Blick vom Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer war atemberaubend! Wir hatten viel Platz, einen Fernseher mit Netflix, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und viel Komfort. Bis ins Zentrum läuft man um die 10 Minuten. Der Check-in war unkompliziert, uns wurde der Schlüssel persönlich abgegeben. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war schnell und reibungslos. Als wir ein Problemchen mit dem warmen Wasser in der Dusche hatten, kam Evannia sofort zu uns. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt und wir können den Gastgeber jederzeit empfehlen. Vielen Dank!

L’appartement est génial, il est composé de tous ce que vous avez besoin pour de long ou court séjour. Il n’est pas dans le centre de la ville, il faut marcher 15-20 min mais ça se fait facilement. L’hôte a été réactif à chaque demande. L’appartement est propre et il doit être calme quand il n’y a pas les travaux dans le bâtiment à côté.

Very big and spacious apartment. A nice big and solid bed/matras with plenty of blankets. Close to the city center, in about 5-10 min on foot. Kitchen was quite small and basic and you do the dishes just outside the apartment, but that’s no big deal. The water from the shower doesn’t get truly warm, or at least we didn’t manage to get it there. Overall very good experience.

I had an amazing stay here! I spent a month in the apartment and loved it. The place is modern, fully furnished, and equipped with everything you might need. It’s located in a great area, within walking distance of the city center, a large supermarket, bars, restaurants, and more. The Wi-Fi is fast (around 100 Mbps) and very stable, I had no issues working or making video calls throughout my entire stay. As for the noise mentioned in other reviews, it really wasn’t a problem for me. It happens only occasionally during the day, most of the time the street is quiet, especially at night. Jorge is a fantastic host: communication was excellent and he was incredibly helpful with anything I needed. Highly recommended! You really couldn’t ask for a better place.

Great stay! The apartment is spacious, very clean, and has a well-equipped kitchen. It’s a short walk to the center and feels very safe, even at night. Caty, Laura’s sister, manages the apartment and she was incredibly kind and helpful — she even let us check in early after our night bus and shared great tips about Sucre.
