The flat was clean and tidy about a 25 minute walk from the centre or a cheap taxi ride away. Host was quick with responses and helps in every way he could!

Super well-equipped and very centrally located accommodation!

We had a lovely stay here with our dog, she absolutely adored the garden, which was perfect for her to run around and relax. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook comfortably at home, and the host couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful, always quick to respond if we had any questions. A bonus was the steak restaurant just across the road, delicious food at a great price. All in all, a peaceful, pet-friendly stay in a location close to restaurants and shops. It was nice to explore a different part of town. Thanks again!

My stay in this apartment was just fantastic. The location is perfect: a super quiet area but ideal for exploring the city. The internet worked wonderfully during the six days I was studying and working, I was even able to submit a job application without any connection problems, with all the calm necessary to concentrate. The mattress was the most comfortable I've tried in five months of travel, really a restful night's sleep. Communication with the host was impeccable: always available, efficient and with friendly and interesting conversations that made me feel cared for, as if I were a friend of the family. At the same time, I had complete privacy throughout my stay. I hope to be able to return to Sucre and stay here again. I absolutely recommend it.

We had an amazing stay at Daniela’s place! The flat was super clean and had everything we needed. Daniela was always very responsive and even let us check-in early after a night bus which was very kind. It’s also walking distance to the centre of town. Would highly recommend!

We had a great 5 day stay at Estefanías place in Sucre. The apartment is perfect, super clean with everything you need, and just a 10 minute walk to the centre. And Estefania was incredibly responsive and helpful with organising a late check out - highly recommend for people visiting this lovely city!

Our stay in Sucre was excellent, and this house played a fundamental role in that. The location is perfect, in a quiet area, but close to everything you need: markets, restaurants and tourist places. The house is very comfortable, well equipped and exactly as shown in the photos. Everything was clean and well kept, ideal for resting and also working in peace. The host was very friendly and helpful from the first contact. Always willing to help and make sure everything was in order. Definitely one of the best experiences we've had in Bolivia. Highly recommended!

It was a great stay, the location is great, near to everything and you have lots of convenience stores and restaurants around. The appartment is very nice, big, comfortable, clean, has everything you need. Julio is super friendly and flexible. I would definitely come back.

The host was so nice was easy to get in, we cooked meal there and it was so nice to have dishes and the view is so nice !

We felt very comfortable in this beautiful loft right from the beginning. The view from the living room and bedroom was stunning! We had plenty of space, a TV with Netflix, a well stocked kitchen and lots of comfort. You can walk to the center in 10 minutes. The check-in was straightforward, the key was handed over to us in person. Communication with the owner was also quick and smooth. When we had a problem with the hot water in the shower, Evannia came to us immediately. It was great stay and we can recommend the host anytime. Thank you!

The apartment is great, it has everything you need for a long or short stay. It's not in the center of town, you have to walk 15-20 min but it's easy. The host was responsive to every request. The apartment is clean and it should be quiet when there is no work in the building next door.

Very big and spacious apartment. A nice big and solid bed/matras with plenty of blankets. Close to the city center, in about 5-10 min on foot. Kitchen was quite small and basic and you do the dishes just outside the apartment, but that’s no big deal. The water from the shower doesn’t get truly warm, or at least we didn’t manage to get it there. Overall very good experience.

I had an amazing stay here! I spent a month in the apartment and loved it. The place is modern, fully furnished, and equipped with everything you might need. It’s located in a great area, within walking distance of the city center, a large supermarket, bars, restaurants, and more. The Wi-Fi is fast (around 100 Mbps) and very stable, I had no issues working or making video calls throughout my entire stay. As for the noise mentioned in other reviews, it really wasn’t a problem for me. It happens only occasionally during the day, most of the time the street is quiet, especially at night. Jorge is a fantastic host: communication was excellent and he was incredibly helpful with anything I needed. Highly recommended! You really couldn’t ask for a better place.

Great stay! The apartment is spacious, very clean, and has a well-equipped kitchen. It’s a short walk to the center and feels very safe, even at night. Caty, Laura’s sister, manages the apartment and she was incredibly kind and helpful — she even let us check in early after our night bus and shared great tips about Sucre.
