If you are looking for a place that is both very friendly with a lot of attention to the needs of travelers and good comfort, this apartment is for you. With easy access to the city center, the presence of shade and sun almost all day, Dominique's very generous character, the 2 bathrooms, the friendliness of the 2 large bedrooms and the private kitchen, the shared washing machine... Not to mention the tranquility of the neighborhood, the low traffic and a very nice price.

Great value for money! The space is perfect for one person, comfortable and with everything needed for a quiet stay. The location is great, close to a busy street with various shopping and transportation options, as well as being in a safe neighborhood. I recommend and would host again!

We were delighted to be able to stay here, the space is lovely. The accommodation is very well located, taxis wait at the bottom of the stairs to allow us to have even more ease. We had the opportunity to extend our stay and Raphaëlle was available to help us with everything. We had a lovely time in his home, but also with him. We'll be happy to come back to this lovely city, our little family found rest in this cocoon.

Raul’s apartment was very nice and clean and matched the description perfectly. It was in a great location overlooking a nice square and was very easy to walk into the centre of town. Raul was responsive and helpful with checkin and checkout times and also allowed us to store our luggage after we had checked out. Overall would highly recommend the apartment, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
