I will rent a comfortable, bright room in a quiet area surrounded by a forest. The Polanica promenade is within a 10-minute walk through the forest (a popular shortcut) or a little further along the asphalt road. Equipment: kitchenette + pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Comfortable double bed with the possibility of adding an extra bed. Wardrobe with mirror, dresser, ironing board, iron, TV with Netflix apps. There is a barbecue and a table with chairs. The area is very quiet with a view of the mountains.

Cozy accommodation near the rock town of Ostaš (1 km). Near Adršpach-Teplice Rocks (13 km), Broumov Walls and Monastery (11 km). Near the apartment there is a ski resort in Teplice (7 km) and a ski resort in Petříkovice (25 km). The apartment is part of the house and has its own entrance. It includes a bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen with a fridge, two-burner stove and hood. There is a double bed and a sofa bed for 2. Stone terrace with table and chairs overlooking Ostaš. In the surroundings you will find the beautiful Baroque Broumov Monastery (200 m), the Broumovsko Protected Landscape Area and the Adršpašsko-Teplice rock town.

In the Summer months, guests may rent the trailer home which is fully fitted with kitchen, living room, dining room, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and sink, and a separate WC with sink. The trailer fits 6 guests: one bedroom has a double bed, in the other are two single beds, and in the living room is a fold-able sofa for two guests. There is no heating in the mobile. Overall dimensions: 3,70m wide by 11m long.
