Welcome to the south of Stuttgart! The apartment - on the 5th floor with a wonderful view over Stuttgart's south - is very quiet and located near Marienplatz. Public transport and restaurants can be reached quickly. The Marienhospital is about 10 minutes away on foot. Apartment is fully equipped. Via the “Erwin-Schoettle-Platz” stop (8 minutes on foot from the apartment) you can take the subway to the city center in 4 minutes. Quick connection to the motorway and to the musicals (Si-Centrum).

Very well connected to the city center (U1, U9, U34). In about 5 minutes you are in the center of Stuttgart, at the same time the forest is only 2 "stäffele" (stairs) away from the house. Due to the half-height location, you have a very beautiful view over the city. Our house is inhabited by us as a family with four people.

The apartment has a steep staircase and is therefore unsuitable for children under 6 years of age.

You love our place because of the location, the peace, the views and the atmosphere in the freshly renovated artist house. Our place is good for traveling peace seekers, and couples, unfortunately not for kids.

The public transport connection to the city center is easily accessible by bus/train in 10-15 minutes. In a few minutes you are in the Kräherwald, which invites you to jog or walk.
