Our cottage is wonderfully located, nestled by the Zillertal Alps and a sensational beautiful view of the mountains. On the sunny side of the Zillertal. There are 3 individually furnished apartments in the house, each with approx. 80 - 100 sqm. Our house is located in the village of Mute in the Zillertal. All apartments are equipped with a large sunny balcony. Dogs are welcome to stay upon request. The Hoch Zillertal ski resort and the Zillertal Arena 5-10 minutes.

Lots of space to feel good in the beautiful Zillertal – in this spacious & quiet apartment. I rent the apartments my grandparents have furnished very lovingly & high-quality. Since they are no longer able to rent them out, I will continue with it. The apartment has about 71 m2.! We welcome individuals, multiple people, as well as families of all ages, gender, and of all backgrounds ! House rules & regulations apply to EACH/N in the same way. :)

The small but cozy basement apartment is in Hart im Zillertal in a quiet location and a few minutes' drive from ski areas such as Spieljochbahn, Hochfügen and Hochzillertal. These are easily accessible by public transport. Our location is the starting point for beautiful hikes. WiFi is free of charge. The apartment has satellite TV, an open living and sleeping area and a sunny terrace with a side mountain view. The kitchen is fully equipped!

Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

Thus, four people can stay overnight (price for 3rd and 4th adult person 25 € / night).
