Beautiful apartment, the location was perfect, just a 15 min walk from the inner city and near a nice park to chill in. We really enjoyed our stay here and it contributed to our great time in Graz. Davide was a wonderful host and would recommend him highly to anyone☺️.

Everything went well. The flat is beautiful. Manuela was very helpful. We van enjoy the quiet, peacful envirovment. I can offer this accommodation for everybody.

Claudia was very helpful and responded immediately to any questions or queries we had. The apartment is newly and tastefully renovated and contains brand new appliances. It is centrally located and is a comfortable stroll to all major highlights. We felt safe and secure. There is a great variety of restaurants closely located. Can highly recommend. We can only agree with the previous reviews. Barbara does everything to make you feel completely comfortable! Thanks for the cold beer in the garden ;) The accommodation is very rural, but you can eat at the Spar and the bakery...There is also a café, which is already full in the morning. The apartment is beautiful and equipped with everything you might need (including dishwasher, washing machine!). We enjoyed the time in the garden very much, it is great and you can watch the bees at work all day ;) The bathtub (see pictures) is actually available and offers great refreshment. Better than the children's outdoor pool around the corner. I'm sure we'll be back!

We had a fantastic stay, the apartment was absolutely wonderful. The entire family loved both the space and the peaceful surroundings. One of the highlights was the bakery just next door, offering fresh, warm bread every morning for a perfect start to the day. The host was exceptional: incredibly responsive, helpful, and proactive with clear and thoughtful instructions. Everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. We would gladly return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-appointed getaway.

Excellent stay with Julian. The location was convenient to the main park and was served well by public transport. Also 10-15 min walk to the heart of the city. The apartment was clean and well equipped and was located above Cafe Fotter, which served excellent breakfasts. Recommended accommodation for people who plan to visit Graz.

Susanna was great- really helpful and communicated with us perfectly. Apartment in great location very safe. 20 mins walk from most attractions or you can get the tram with multiple stops basically at your door step. Apartment is fantastic so spacious and lovely decorated. Would recommend for anyone looking to stay in Vienna!

We loved staying in Jennifer's place! She met us and offered helpful tips in person from the beginning and was immediately responsive to all of our questions throughout. The apartment is beautiful and had everything we needed. The area is a great location, small grocery stores and restaurants nearby as well as easy access to public transportation. We loved walking so much we walked to a lot of the major attractions from the apartment directly. Waking up early on a Sunday in Vienna in the apartment with the beautiful windows to watch the sunrise, and having so many of the busy streets to ourselves was magical! We will be back. This accommodation is located on the edge of the new Sonnwendviertel and is super connected by public transport. The Viktor Adler Markt is within walking distance. The roof terrace is great!

Christian and his family were incredibly welcoming and friendly, offer a wide selection of delicious drinks m, and the facilities (including whirlpool and grill) were impeccable. The ideal spot for a getaway in the countryside.

Loved our one night stay here. Mark was very proactive and sent images to help us find the entrance as well as the parking garage. He was very helpful. The apartment is a studio but beautiful. I would stay here again!

Emilia's unit is located on the 2nd floor. Place is 3-4mins walk away from nearest station. And to Stephansplatz is 2 train stops away. There are Billa supermarket, bread shop and post office. We walked across the park to get to the station and the neighbourhood is kids friendly and safe most important. The unit is very spacious as described. The 2 sofa beds in the living room are comfy too. There are 2 big separate dryer and washer amd that's our main pt. We closed the windows all the time to isolate traffic noise. The kitchen also has oven and necessary utensils. The lift maybe small but it's ok to take 2 turns for a family of six. Overall we really recommend taking this unit.
