absolutely wonderful! highly recommended if you want to explore the area around Green Lake. the hosts are very kind and helpful, would love to come back and a few words in English – you can't see it from the pictures, but this place has a gorgeous view of the surrounding mountains, you'll be amazed as you drive into the yard for the first time! the hosts are incredibly kind and helpful, and Doris has been so nice to us - we found a mutual understanding despite my broken German :) I highly recommend this place and would love to be back very soon!

Everything was great, looked like the photos, only downside was that the flat was located a bit further from the road so we had to walk a bit but apart from that i highly recommend!

It was a really nice place. Clean, paceful and cossy. It's a good place to stay with your partner and enjoy the city since is very near to downtown. Lukas was a really good and kind host. The comunication was good and on time.

Extremely friendly hosts, great and easy communication! Recommendations regarding food and food in the area as well as information about traffic due to the race weekend in Spielberg. Quiet area with beautiful views from the balcony, I can only recommend it !

Great stay. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. The property was exactly as described.

Really clean and spacious place. The amenities were newer than the photos. We appreciated the large common room and equipped kitchenette. Beds were comfortable. Just a place to stay in the city center so it was more tricky to park.

Everything was fine. I was very stressed and late for a professional appointment, so I was super happy that the check-in was explained in such detail. So I didn't have to pay attention to the time or make an in-person meeting to get into the apartment. I was alone and only on site to sleep – and I slept wonderfully! I particularly enjoyed the mattress protector, which was clean and shows that attention is paid to hygiene here. Thank you and happy to come back to the next congress

Silke's apartment is very nice and cozy (great sofa!), very tastefully decorated, has a spacious bathroom and is overall of high quality. You can feel absolutely comfortable there! The kitchen is superbly equipped, a great advantage for those who cater for themselves! A fairly busy road is nearby, which you can definitely hear - it didn't bother us any further, at night it is very quiet, especially since the bedroom is at the back. Very straightforward and nice contact with Silke, who always responded quickly. Thank you!!

Everything was perfect. The only problem we had is that we didn't know what to expect from apartments - photos are not showing what is actually inside. In reality all was good! Clean, warm and spacious. Thanks!

Very nice and peaceful place, comfortable beds, nice kitchen and also very comfortable sofa to watch tv. In the garden, the Jacuzzi is brilliant after a long ski day . Definitely a comeback place for us !

We stayed with Nikolaus for the second time for 1 week. As with the first time, everything was GREAT! Accommodation was super clean, Nikolaus very hospitable and we felt very comfortable there. My fullest recommendation! I would always book the place again.
