Our alpine house is located at approx. 800 meters and is located, all alone, surrounded by meadows and forests. You feel the tranquility and the power of nature. Here the clocks tick slower and you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. A walk through the forest and the sound of the stream grounds your senses and gives you the opportunity to rest and recharge your batteries. Hiking: Ganzalm, Pretul, Scheibe, Stuhleck, etc. Culture: The nearby Semmering offers great attractions.

Kronichhof, private room at the base of the Rax

The property was opened in 1928 by Camillo Kronich as a guesthouse at the base of the Rax. Today we offer cozy rooms in the annex of the Kronichhof, at the time one of the leading destinations of the summer refreshments in Reichenau an der Rax. From the 1930s to the 1970s, many renowned guests from culture, business and politics appreciated the cosy and private atmosphere of the Kronichhof. For over 40 years, our family has lived in the farm as a family seat.

Our farm is located in a secluded location on a slope to the west at 800 meters above sea level, surrounded by its own meadows, pastures and forests. There is peace and solitude here.
