Welcome to the forest home! Our house is located at almost 1000 meters above sea level on the edge of the forest in the climatic health resort of Semmering. We have 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen on a total of about 320 m². NEW: Free shuttle throughout the stay for all major destinations in the surrounding area. Therefore, arrival and stay also possible purely by public transport! The nearest ski resort (with ample parking) is 5 km away. For kids we have a well-equipped playroom.

Within walking distance you will find both the Bürgeralpe ski slope and ski school (approx. 3 minutes), as well as shopping (Spar, Billa). In about 5 minutes you can reach the beautiful Lake Erlauf (by car). The center of Mariazell with its beautiful basilica and some shops can be reached in about 25 minutes on foot.

The Stuhleck with around 26 kilometers of slopes is 5 minutes away by car. The house has a balcony and a south-facing garden with a unique view. Enjoy the ski slopes in winter and the beautiful nature and hiking trails in summer.
