Everything was perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was fully equipped and we didn’t miss anything. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, which was very convenient. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. Overall, we felt very much at home and would definitely recommend this place!

Arnold's place is right in the heart of everything in Graz. Walking distance to a lot of local attractions and great food choices. Would definitely stay here again. 10 out 10 would highly recommend!

Nice small apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and nicely decorated. Public transportation is easy and quick to reach.

The accommodation is very well maintained and clean, the spaces are well furnished and the details are very well maintained. We had a small problem with the key at check-in but the host solved it in a very short time, a little far from the center if you walk, but we had the car and it was not a problem. Recommended

We were in Graz for a family celebration over Easter. Had our little dog with us. The apartment is perfect for two people (even with a dog):) Everything you needed was there. Quiet location. We had our bikes with us and were so very flexible and very grateful that we could use the parking space for our car at the house! We would definitely recommend the apartment. Even without a bike, you are well connected on foot or publicly. It was a wonderful weekend. Glad to come back! Thanks Bernhard

We really enjoyed our stay. Spacious apartment in a great location. The centre of Graz is only 15 minute walk, plus there are bars, places to eat and a supermarket at the end of the road. Easy access to the off street car parking. The digital keyless access works really well. Apartment had plenty of amenities.

Very cozy, large and sparkling clean apartment. Looks very new and great. We also enjoyed the garden/meadow in front of the house and the herb garden 💚 Horst is also super friendly and helpful!

I can only give 5 stars but he deserves more. I can say that Florián has been one of the best hosts I have ever had. Everything he described was accurate. I had doubts about how to park and he clearly explained how it worked. I booked 7 months in advance and he answered every question I asked politely and quickly. The apartment is a silver cup, impeccable, super clean overlooking a leafy courtyard, half a block from a large supermarket, I slept 5 perfect nights and to close with great regret I asked if I could leave 2 hours later and immediately modified the cleaning staff to arrive later without problem. I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous accomodation !! Lukas and Karin are super super hosts. We have had the most memorable stay especially being my 60th birthday 🎂 🍾 Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, a 10 min drive to the train station getting you into the heart of Vienna in about 15-20 mins. Supermarket 5 mins up the road and parking in the street front. Spotlessly clean with all amenities, the most awesome fluffy bath sheets !! Great recommendations and always quick to respond. Ian loved his golf game aswell, thanks Lukas. Highly recommend and would love to return.

Elly is a super host. greeting with hot snaps amazing and a friendly atmosphere. my daughter understands how a place looks like as my family and I travel alot so she gives a thumbs up. only one slight thing Wi-Fi kept loosing connection. 👍🏽👍🏽.

We had a great time at Martins place. There were pretty much everything we needed. Though kids missed having something to watch as there were no TV, they enjoyed the spacious rooms to play other games. Overall a nice and tidy place.

We had a pleasant stay at this lovely home for four nights at Eastertime. The flat was perfect for two adults with all the necessary things. Especially, separate toilet and shower made living easy. The position was good to go to the city center by foot. It was nice to have a walk in the nearest park Augarten. Overall, this flat was noticeably quiet and if we visit Graz in the future, we will select this place again.

Everything was wonderful, Claudia very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with her. We'd love to come back.

I want to thank Stephanie for her being so responsive and available during our stay. The space is quaint and walking distance to grocery stores, the center, farmers markets, restaurants. … also easy access to public transportation. We highly recommend and would stay again.

We stayed with Peter for the second time and it was a wonderful stay again. Our Mex got a blanket and bowls which pleased us. The four of us adults enjoyed the stay in the Jacuzzi and we also laughed a lot in the kitchen because the stay is just like home. It's just wonderful at Peter's. We'd love to come a third time.

We stayed with Nikolaus for the second time for 1 week. As with the first time, everything was GREAT! Accommodation was super clean, Nikolaus very hospitable and we felt very comfortable there. My fullest recommendation! I would always book the place again.

We had 3 wonderful days in the apartment. It is very centrally located in the city center and yet very quiet. Slept wonderfully and was very cozy coming home. For a pleasant stay, everything is available. The host surprised us with treats. In short, we would like to come back.
