Cozy attic apartment 53 square meters, 2 rooms (living room, bedroom) kitchen, bathroom, utility room and balcony with fantastic views of Neustift and the mountains. Quiet location, bus stop and supermarket 5 minutes downhill on foot, to Lake Kampl with refreshments 10 minutes. free parking in front of the house. I also rent a room with bathroom and private access on the first floor, which can be combined with it. Prices INCLUDE local tax €4.80 per night per person.

The property is located close to Längenfeld and Sölden on the hamlet of Burgstein (~1500 m above sea level). Here you will find a beautiful view over Längenfeld. In summer, Burgstein is the ideal starting point for cyclists, hikes, climbing and cycling tours. In winter, you can reach the surrounding ski areas in 20 minutes by car. The (ski) bus stop is 2.5 km away. In the main season, a taxi runs to the stop 2 times. Restaurants and shopping in Längenfeld/Huben.

Flat Klenkes, slow down and relax

Welcome to the beautiful Stubai Valley. The flat is located in the rear third of the valley. From the garden you have a marvellous view of the snow-capped peaks of the Stubai Alps. Due to this exposed hillside location, the sun pampers you from morning to evening in the summer months and, combined with a gentle breeze, ensures a cosy temperature. A trip to Innsbruck is made easy by the good bus connections (bus stop 200 metres away)

From January to February, our apartments are only available from Saturday to Saturday. You can view the pictures of the apartments on my homepage. Breakfast can be booked on site. €20 per person per day. Washing and drying the laundry costs €10 per wash and is not free.

The apartment house Hilde is located in the middle of the ski and hiking area and offers a loving accommodation for self-catering in Neustift in the Stubai Valley. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Please note: The local tax of €2.80 per person per day is not included in the price and is collected on site in cash! (Children up to 14 years of age are exempt from local tax)
