The town of Wehlen is located in the Upper Elbe Valley in the heart of Saxon Switzerland National Park. The tranquil health resort looks back on almost 800 years of history. The market house is a historic gem and is a listed building, designated as the first hostel of Saxon Switzerland. The house frames the market square in the reflection of the market church below the historic castle ruin. The vaulted cellars date back to 1527, while the main house was built in 1734 in the Franconian half-timbered style.

To the Rauenstein FW 1 (upper floor)

Our house with 2 apartments is located on a 2000 sqm property in a quiet location on the edge of the forest, directly on the famous Malerweg. In about 600 m you can reach the Elbe cycle path, the ferry dock, the adventure pool and restaurants. Good starting point for hiking, biking, as well as for visits to castles and palaces as well as sights. The S-Bahn station "Stadt Wehlen" is about 500 m away. From here you can reach the cultural city of Dresden in 30 minutes.

Welcome to our cozy wooden igloo. Relax in the amazing sauna and enjoy the terrace with a grill. There are other igloos nearby, 120m away. All igloos have air conditioning. They are located in the picturesque Bohemian Uplands, near the Pravčická brána, Tiské skály and other beauties. Immerse yourself in the silence of nature, find peace and quiet. Watch the sheep grazing nearby. Your stay helps us to bring life back to the romantic ruins of the Skrytín chateau.

Extra beds for up to 2 people are possible. We also speak English, French and a little Spanish.

Königstein Cottage

Small, cozy apartment with a large natural garden that you can use on the south side of the Königstein Fortress. The apartment can be used for up to 4 people. In the house there is a fireplace for the cool days and in the garden you can barbecue or simply enjoy the great starry sky at night. There are plenty of climbing and hiking opportunities in the area. Please note that there is no Wi-Fi in the cottage.

Tiny House in the heart of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains

You will experience pure nature at our accommodation in the middle of the rock world of Saxon Switzerland. The wagon stands in a meadow, behind it are the sheep on the orchard, just behind the forest and the hiking trails to the rocks start. Note: Please bring my own duvet covers , sheets and towels. The tiny house is located in the grounds of our hostel, where there are also other guests(groups).

Family happiness in nature. Located right next to our playground, our spacious bungalows have everything you need for a relaxing family holiday in Saxon Switzerland. A kitchenette, a modern bathroom with sustainable organic care products, a TV, a hairdryer, a kettle, and a coffee machine are also included. One bedroom (bed 2m x 1.6m) and a small bedroom with a bed (2m x 1.4m).

Quiet, cozy apartment on the second floor of our listed half-timbered house in a small village in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. Consisting of a living room with a separate sleeping area for 2 people and a bookable bedroom with 2 extra beds, kitchen and bathroom. Well-known rock formations and hiking trails are easily accessible. Bus connections are available in the village.

Summer Refreshment

Our cozy apartment in a quiet location is on the first floor of our house. The fabulous hiking world of Saxon Switzerland begins right on our doorstep. For example, you can walk to the over 240 meter high Königstein Fortress in just 30 minutes. Day trips to Dresden and Prague are easily possible.
