Vacation rentals with a patio in Strovolos

The legendary lady was very interested in us. The house was also great, we had a nice time.

Well located, close to a supermarket and not far from downtown (about a 15-minute walk). With its own parking and all the equipment expected in a house. Smooth communication and flexibility when it comes to arranging something. Recommendable.

we had a lovely stay at Nephistos's. The center of Nicosia is easily accessible by foot and the buses in the center allow you to get to the beaches... Very clean accommodation, comfortable bed and pleasant/responsive host. i would recommend

The apartment was spotless, bright and very comfortable for a family of four. It was just like the photos. It had all the amenities we could need. In a very quiet neighborhood where you felt safe. Any questions that came up with her help was immediate. He also helped us on an excursion we wanted to organize. Thanks for everything. If we come back to Nicosia we will definitely choose it again!!

The house was very clean and functional. The furniture was modern and in good condition. Bed sheets and towels were clean. The house will be much more comfortable if a microwave and a drinking water bottle are supplied for the future. Overall I left happy, I might consider keeping it again in the future. Thank you.

The place is fantastic! From the time we checked in to the time we left, no problems what so ever! Lots of space, nice furnishings and two bathrooms! But what really stood out is the large balcony with a walkout from the living room and both bedrooms. The surrounding neighbourhood feels very safe. The only little glitch is the parking space. One has to be a very good driver to get in and out of it. But not to worry. Lots of parking spaces on the street, right outside the door.

I had such a lovely time staying at this place. It was cozy, clean, and had a really nice, welcoming vibe. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. The space was thoughtfully designed and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived.

We are so happy with our stay. This house was something incredibly special in Cyprus- a perfect blend of traditional historic Cypriot and modern. We had great relations communicating with the lovely property manager Panayotis. Would definitely stay again!

50 meters to the main street, 50 meters to the grocery store in Nicosia, very close to the Gönyeli circle, so our transportation was very comfortable. Ms. Zeynep's kindness was a huge plus to reach her almost every hour and answer our questions. Most importantly, we felt the cleanliness of the house and the amenities like our own home, you can keep it carefree in every way. A spacious house, pillows and linens are very clean, which we liked the most, was that it was hygienic, and we did not experience a single negativity. Highly recommend, you can keep it without a second thought.

The house was very clean, great, the comments say the rooms are very small, etc. Lying rooms, the toilets were very spacious and spacious, me and my wife were very satisfied, I recommend it every time

Amazing place to stay, one of the best I have stayed in Cyprus. Very clean, cozy, quiet , with all the amenities someone needs away from home. Christina is very friendly and communicative and was always there to answer if I needed anything. Definitely 5-star stay.

This house has 2 yards, very convenient, very close to the coffee street behind, 1 minute walk, there are many people coming to the back street for coffee, just on the border, very charming. It's very relaxing to go to the back street for a coffee when you're free. There is a small shop next to the house where you can buy some daily necessities, and the big mall is about 7 minutes drive from here. The host is also very friendly and helped me solve a lot of problems. It's worth my first serious recommendation.

Very nice and comfortable apartment (with impeccable taste). Great balcony. Quiet location. Ürün is available and very quick in responding too. Absolutely recommended.

Quiet studio close to the old city, surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets. I did not have the chance to meet Yiorghos personally, since he was abroad, but we had excellent telephone communication before, during and after the stay (his family is also always there to support). Everything run smooth, the small and clean studio had all that is necessary for a comfortable stay. Thank you, Yiorghos!!

Great place, very conveniently located (especially for work), and close to the center. The flat had all one could need to stay there for a few days.

Despo's apartment was amazing! The whole family felt great there, it was home away from home. I can't find nothing to complain about. Surely would stay there next time when we visit Nicosia. 10/10
