Vacation rentals with a patio in Nicosia

Rena was extremly friendly. The place and location was just perfect. I would recommand this place to anyone, who wants to enjoy Nikosia!

we had a lovely stay at Nephistos's. The center of Nicosia is easily accessible by foot and the buses in the center allow you to get to the beaches... Very clean accommodation, comfortable bed and pleasant/responsive host. i would recommend

The apartment was spotless, bright and very comfortable for a family of four. It was just like the photos. It had all the amenities we could need. In a very quiet neighborhood where you felt safe. Any questions that came up with her help was immediate. He also helped us on an excursion we wanted to organize. Thanks for everything. If we come back to Nicosia we will definitely choose it again!!

Had a business trip to Cyprus and stayed for a week. Location was very convenient , access to the highway was quite easy and without traffic. The house was exactly as shown on the pictures, very nicely decorated and relaxing like home. The communication with Yiannis was really efficient all instructions clear. Definitely recommended.

Great location within few minutes walk to the city centre, yet very quiet street with local amenities. Polyvios is always responsive to all communication.

The place is fantastic! From the time we checked in to the time we left, no problems what so ever! Lots of space, nice furnishings and two bathrooms! But what really stood out is the large balcony with a walkout from the living room and both bedrooms. The surrounding neighbourhood feels very safe. The only little glitch is the parking space. One has to be a very good driver to get in and out of it. But not to worry. Lots of parking spaces on the street, right outside the door.

A very nice and well equipped 3-bed house with a pool. Excellent location, quiet and with a nice view! Really enjoyed the outdoor barbecue-bar area. Would definitely recommend and would come back! Responsive host and easy communication eased our stay.

Very spacious house fully equipped kitchen and very clean. BBQ fully equipped with extra fourni(cyprus traditional oven) They even equipped with a water refrigerator. I really recommend this place. Friendly Orestis welcome us and showed us the house amenities

We really enjoyed our stay at the place – the view was beautiful and peaceful. It was chilly outside, but warm and cozy inside. Evita helped us with everything we needed. The photos of the place are accurate. It’s a great location for exploring the mountainous area of Cyprus. Highly recommended.

We visit this place with our friends and was really surprised, because the house is big and full of traditional things! We really enjoyed fireplace in the evening, and view from the terrace to the village! Place is quiet and peaceful, a lot of places to sleep!

A well positioned spot very close to the Ledra (the main restaurant and shopping street in the Old Town). Surrounded by a number of derelict and abandoned old building but that is very much how the Old Town is and it actually adds to the atmosphere. Spotless house with beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. Lovely quality linen and towels. Steep stairs to the upstairs bedroom which could be tricky for older visitors to get their suitcase up there. Well appointed and equipped house - highly recommend.

Illiada's place is very nice and cozy, and the terrace with amazing view is the best part of it! It's clean, comfortable, equipped with all necessary items for short or long stay with stable Internet connection, hot water and heaters. Location is just perfect - almost in the highest point of the village. I loved this place and would like to come back one day!

Amazing place to stay, one of the best I have stayed in Cyprus. Very clean, cozy, quiet , with all the amenities someone needs away from home. Christina is very friendly and communicative and was always there to answer if I needed anything. Definitely 5-star stay.

We had a fantastic stay with our family! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The highlight was definitely the gorgeous view of the mountain and forest —it felt like a peaceful retreat. The location was perfect and made exploring the area easy. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the whole experience even better. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

Quiet studio close to the old city, surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets. I did not have the chance to meet Yiorghos personally, since he was abroad, but we had excellent telephone communication before, during and after the stay (his family is also always there to support). Everything run smooth, the small and clean studio had all that is necessary for a comfortable stay. Thank you, Yiorghos!!
