Vacation rentals with beach access in Nicosia

This place is great and in an area that is more untouched and local. The owner is a great host and always response to questions. There is multiple pools available and a small gym which is great and a nice walking spot by the beach. This is our second time here and we will continue to come back !

i would recommend a much nicer apartment than the photos, although we had minor problems, the house was very nice, the improvement in the direction of a very light cleaning would make this apartment incredibly beautiful (new sheets,pillows), apart from that, the house, the environment, the view, everything was incredible, I plan to rent again:)

The house had everything you needed for everyday life. The host was also caring and helpful. It was my 2nd stay, I was satisfied again.

What a wonderful short break we had with our fur babies. Stavros and Irena made you feel very much at home and were a very welcoming couple. You could not ask for better hosts. The house has everything you need and the beds are very comfortable. The views from the terrace were wonderful overlooking the beautiful beach which you had almost to yourself. The sound of the waves was lovely to fall asleep . There are not lots of tourists or fancy restaurants nearby but the restaurants that are within a few kilometres are excellent traditional food at good prices. Hope to be back next spring.

Very nice flat in quiet neigbourhood of Lefkosa. Immediately next to supermaket. Munevver was very responsive, any inquiry was addressed immediately, she sent a lady with additional bed-lining without us even asking. Great host, very nice and new appartment!

Lovely peaceful stay at the Fruit Garden. Lovely host, clear and easy communication. Made the stay feel like home. The house was as expected. So relaxing and peaceful. Everything easy to find and use. The beds and pillows are simply ace. Had the best sleep for ages! Good internet, kitchen had everything needed and more. Garden is so beautiful and just a lovely space to relax. Local restaurants and access to beach were a bonus! Would easily come back. Thank you!

We really enjoyed staying at Diliana’s place! She communicated well and we felt right at home. The house is spacious and clean, and the kitchen is well equipped. The surroundings are very nice for an afternoon stroll. Equally, Diliana’s place is well located as the starting point for bicycle trips. A small grocery shop (and great local Taverna) is at walking distance, and you can easily get to the airport and Larnaca itself.

We are so happy with our stay. This house was something incredibly special in Cyprus- a perfect blend of traditional historic Cypriot and modern. We had great relations communicating with the lovely property manager Panayotis. Would definitely stay again!

While the villa is amazing and the swimming pool fabulous (and a welcome relief from the heat), it is the location and view that are the stars. The location is very peaceful and private, and makes for a great place to unwind. The view over the coast is wonderful - maybe best viewed from the infinity pool - but also benefits from being able to have uninterrupted view of both sunrises and sunsets. I must also say that Michalis is very quick to respond to any questions. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is a very well kept house in the centre of the village. Very convenient for the shop / supermarket next door, which sells everything you would need. The accomodation is very well kept and clean, and has good parking. We were a little worried beforehand about air-con, but the house is nice and cool and the fans are plenty to make it very comfortable to live and sleep in. The balcony is very spacious overlooking the village, where you can watch time pass by! Dila was a great host and made us feel very welcome when we arrived. We would definitely stop again.

Olga is a great host, her house has both the sea and the mountain view. You will for sure enjoy the apartment, pools, and the facilities inside Aphrodite Apartments. We felt like home, and most probably we will come back for another holiday in her apartment. Thank you Olga❤️

The location of the house is perfect for relaxing. There is an unlimited sea view and all the tools you want in the house.

the apartment is clean, spacious and bright, everything you need for your stay is available. very pleased with the presence of household chemicals for the house. There were: Washing powder, dishwasher tablets, shampoos, body gel and soaps. Very important little things. Availability of towels, sets of 3. Very clear instructions for the description of the check in and location. i really liked everything, we will definitely stay again the next time we arrive. Thank you.
