It was a very comfortable stay. The location was perfect for work. A quiet, local neighbourhood, close to parks and the supermarket. The house is homely and comfortable. I will definitely choose this place again if I return to Nicosia.

Great villa and spectacular views, we had a fantastic holiday

Ali’s house is a beautiful traditional Turkish Cypriot home. Everything was clean and homely, and from a bygone era , really special . There is a beautiful lemon tree with shade in the garden - very restful and a front garden to sit and have breakfast in the morning sun. The house is 10-15 walk from the old town and it’s nice to be some where near the old town but quieter . Ali is kind and helpful and brought us a delicious home made Turkish Cypriot food on our last day , I would definitely stay here again , it’s not a modern house but a homely restful house , thank you Ali

We are so happy with our stay. This house was something incredibly special in Cyprus- a perfect blend of traditional historic Cypriot and modern. We had great relations communicating with the lovely property manager Panayotis. Would definitely stay again!

I have just spent the best part of two weeks using Lenos’ quiet garden as my office. If you want a spacious, meticulously clean place in the heart of the walled city, look no further. Lenos and his girlfriend Lisa are charming and supporting hosts who have become friends. There are two cats living there as well. I am usually not a fan of cats, but the two are well behaved and a delight to have around.

Really good value for money. The place was spotless! really clean bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen. Peaceful location. Photos dont do it justice... Host met us with the keys - can walk to the local shops and short drive to main town.

We had a wonderful long stay at this property. The place is spacious, well-equipped and perfectly located, with all amenities and shops just a short walk away. We stayed as a young family and found it comfortable and convenient. The host was incredibly helpful—he took our feedback and suggestions on board and promptly made the necessary adjustments to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible as a young family. We’d be happy to stay here again. 😊

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Villa She Ruz in Bellapais. Having stayed in Northern Cyprus many many times and experienced a number of villas, this location was absolutely perfect. With so much development and construction happening across North Cyprus, to find this villa with the peace and tranquillity it provides was perfect. The villa far exceeds the pictures, the pool is in the sun all day and the views are amazing. Oya was a great host arranging transfers and hire car. She responded quickly to all questions and we felt in safe hands. We are already looking at dates for next year.

Lora has been the perfect host always available to answer and questions. The property is amazing, large open spaces my 1yr old loved crawling around the whole apartment whilst we could see her. With a balcony on both sides we had sun and shade options all day with fantastic sunset views. There’s a small park visible from the front door with swing and a roundabout. All route around are pram friendly we only ventured a small way around the salt lake but that was suitable and we even got on to the dried up part of the lake with a little carry of the pram. The hot tub is heated by the sun so easy to use and great on a hot day be sure to pop the cover on when not in use to keep it as clean as possible there’s an out door shower perfect for a rinse before use and the apartment isn’t over looked and is completely private. 10/10!!!

I had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. Anastasia was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. The neighborhood was quiet but still close to everything I needed. I’d definitely stay here again—highly recommended!

Our time here was fantastic! This home was our oasis between the day-trips we took around the Larnaca and Ayia Napa regions. For us, this location was a good midpoint between Cavo Greco (30 minute drive), places in Larnaca (10 minute drives), and the airport (15 minute drive). We came back to this home after our daytime adventures and enjoyed hot showers with good water pressure. After we got cleaned up, there were multiple excellent dining options within a short walk... and a good ice cream shop, too. My daughter enjoyed soaking up the remaining sunshine while reading a book on the patio. The air conditioning worked well, the beds were comfortable, and the place was very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This was the perfect spot to relax and catch up after travelling for the last four months and before our long adventures home. Quiet, cool, comfortable for a great nights sleep. Well equipped kitchen for cooking your own meals, and the large deck with the jacuzzi was just perfect for relaxing with in the sun, or shade, catching the sun go down. We also really appreciated the super flexible check-in and check out times. Along with being within easy walking distance to everything you need, it’s a great stay if you want home away from home.

An understanding, very nice host. The house was spotless, all the information and pictures about the house are accurate, but the pictures are not enough to show the beauty of the mountain air behind you and the sea view in front of you. We will definitely be back.

Such a peaceful and quiet home to stay in, with so many wonderful spaces to relax, read and share time. Villa Mandevilla is an absolute treat.

We had a lovely family holiday. The villa is in a nice quiet location from the roof terrace you have the mountains as a back drop and the sea views over the tree tops. The pool is nice and private perfect for our family of toddlers teenagers and adults. Bedrooms are all a good size, front room, dining area and kitchen are all open plan so feels spacious. Everything you could need was in the kitchen. Yes you do need a car as the villa is not near anything but with a car the shops are 5 mins away and the nearest beach is 10 mins away. An added bonus is Lesland(the funfair) is literally 2 minutes in the car and our kids loved it.

The house was great, a full price performance house. The location and the view are amazing. You need to have a car for transportation. The hosts were very kind and caring. In summary, everything was great, thank you.

We can say that we were satisfied with almost everything in the villa we stayed in. The smiling faces and friendly attitude of the villa owners had a positive impact on us. Our stay at Bellapais Villa was amazing! We received a friendly welcome as soon as we arrived. Muzo helped us to navigate to the property and when we arrived he had stocked the fridge with the essentials to immediately make us feel as though we were home. Through out our stay he was always accomodating to any request or questions we had. The house is in a central location and was easy to navigate by car. The outdoor area was the highlight of our stay with a good size pool and ample sitting space. The view from the house is simply serene. I would stay here again in a heart beat!
