Lower Mill Estate is a 500 acre private nature reserve for holiday homes. Oakleigh Cottage is a fully equipped 4 bedroom (2 ensuite) property. It is one of a limited number of properties in Mill Village which includes access to the onsite leisure and wellness centre - heated indoor pool, heated outdoor pool, steam room, eco pool, gym, therapies and treatments. The Lower Mill also has playgrounds, children's trail, further heated pool, fishing, tennis, sport facilities, lake access and more.

Devizes and Marlborough are a short drive away and Bath and Chippenham railway stations easily accessible. Ideal if you’re looking for some peace and quiet.

The Hideaway Loft with pool*, gym and yoga classes

The Hideaway is nestled in the Wiltshire countryside on a four acre smallholding near to the foothills of Roundway Down. It is a self-contained 1st floor studio, adjacent to the hosts property, surrounded by sheep, donkeys, dogs, chickens, a pony and large African tortoise. The opportunity to feed the lambs during springtime can be arranged. *Guests are welcome to use the family pool during the summer months (June-September) and the gym. Onsite yoga classes can be arranged after booking.

Located in a quiet location on the edge of the village, with rural views and comprising an open plan sitting/dining area, with TV and a well equipped kitchen with hob, oven, sink, fridge, and cooking utensils for our self catering guests. The Cider Press, offers entirely purpose-built self-contained living space. On the ground floor, a convenient shower room/toilet adjacent to the impressive games room. Ascend to the first floor to find a spacious lounge area featuring a TV, along with a well-equipped kitchenette boasting a microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and air fryer. At the far end, awaits super king-size bed, promising a restful night's sleep. As an added perk, guests have exclusive access to our home gym.
