Staying here is a pleasure. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped and incredibly clean. The view from the windows is breathtaking, and the location is perfect – close to everything, and at the same time you can enjoy the peace of mind. If someone goes to Kłodzko and does not sleep in this place, they really lose a lot! I highly recommend it!

I highly recommend this place, a great location , a guarded neighborhood, an elevator for the outdoors and an elevator in the middle of the house, a few steps and you are in a spa park that is not only very well-maintained by a lot of flowers, and fountains, everywhere nearby , the neighborhood is quiet, the apartment is well-maintained, nicely decorated, there is a washing machine, which for families with children is an amenity and coffee maker, 2 balconies , which is also a big plus , we will definitely stay there again, very good contact with Mrs. Aga. I also sincerely recommend it.

We decided to stay at Alicja's for the weekend and were driving to Zieleniec (skiing) everyday. The place was great (however, mind 4th floor and stairs if you have mobility problems) and the host delivered all necessary information. Highly recommended.

He travels a lot, but I haven't met such a communicative kind helpful person yet. Agnieszka is a nice person . The apartment is as described, a great place to relax, close to the ski slope and hiking trails. A big plus is the availability of the sauna 24 hours a day and an adjacent aparthotel where you can eat and use the pool . We will be sure to return to Agnieszka's Apartment for a longer stay in the future . Highly recommend !!!!

The stały was very nice. The building is situated near the large ski slope with diver seroutes. Room itself was very functional and clean. The bathroom and kitchen are very well equipped and people who are planning to come here have a nice place to cook. I encountered an issue with receiving the key from the box near the front door. Instead of " Key pickup" you have to click " key dropoff" and then enter the code. This was a minor issue but Aleš helped me very fast.

Beautiful place to stay! Spacious duplex with great atmosphere and fireplace. We used the team building and are very satisfied. Sauna and hot tub good, just was a fuse issue the first day so both were cold. It is also necessary to take into account the limited operating time of the sauna. Only until 9pm and only 1 hour per apartment. So it's more like a quickie. If it could be at least an hour and a half, and traffic would be for example until 11pm, it would be more cool. :)

There are shopping opportunities in the area. Nice apartment as described. In the area of Nowa Ruda Slupiec / Klodzko you can do some business. Nature, mountains, bike tour, sights & Co. The apartment is absolutely perfect. Beautiful, decorated with love and taste. We didn't find anything that was missing in it. The owners thought of everything! Including quality cookware, washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board and drying rack. The beds were comfortable and the dense curtains made for super darkness to sleep on. I also have a lot of praise for the precise cleaning. The apartment was spotless. Location is great. A few minutes from the slopes. The only thing that spoiled our stay was the noisy neighbors above and next to us. This is, of course, not a complaint about the owner of the apartment, who is not responsible for others. But I find it important to mention it. The house is noisy and you can hear everything. So after a tiring day of skiing, we didn't rest at night.

Located on a creek, you can hear the pleasant buzz of water. Interior in a cozy atmosphere, clean, warm, decorated with taste, keeping the "soul" of an old house. Despite the very cold nights, the house was warm. Good location, practically in the center, yet off the beaten path. The hosts were very friendly, took good care of our comfort and well-being. A lovely place to relax! The house was even better than the photos — clean, cozy and very atmospheric. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail: from comfortable furniture to a fully equipped kitchen. I especially liked the view from the terrace ,the garden. The host was very friendly, always available and ready to help. The neighborhood is safe and pretty quiet, nearby nature. We will definitely come back again!

The rented apartment was very lovely. We stayed there for a short work trip, so we recommend it for this purpose. Kłodzko was quite peaceful at this time of year, but there is an amazing opportunity to take a walk to the Kłodzko Fortress, which we highly recommend.

Thank you so much for a beautiful and modern place to stay. Everything was in order. The place was clean, scented, and no problem. The description matches the photos - we might say that even better than the photos :) There was nothing missing between the amenities (all the dishes, towels, clean sheets, comfortable beds, ...). The location of the place was also convenient, without noise, but in a location where everything is a short walk. A souvenir shop, a restaurant, and a cafe were just on the ground floor. If you're hesitant to choose this place, we recommend 11/10 :) Thank you again for the opportunity to have a pleasant stay in Karlovo Studánka.

The location of the apartment is ideal for trips to the Owl Mountains, Table Mountains or World War II monuments and other attractions around Nowe Rudy.
