We had an absolutely amazing time at Daniela’s place - it was clean, had stunning views and was quick access to Pisa, Florence & Siena. Beautiful pool and lovely terrace with amazing views and sunsets. The kitchen also had everything we needed, including local olive oil and pasta & local wine as a welcoming gift. Daniela went above and beyond providing us with lilos and a pump for the pool too. Overall, 10/10 stay!

An extraordinarily beautiful house, a bit like a museum. But not dusty, rather everything looks in use. The garden consists mainly of olive trees, which gives the whole a wonderful aura. We liked the kitchen, very inviting, a lot of cooking. And of course the small billiard room. Gianluca is a very accommodating person, has showered us with many good tips. We'll definitely be back.

Quiet and relaxing place, perfect for regeneration. In those places, we go back in time to when we were little, time slows down, and it is pleasant to appreciate the wonderful views and architecture of the village. The house is well maintained, clean and nice and Mrs. Claudia is very helpful. We'll be back.

After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Bottom line: If this listing is available — don’t hesitate. Book it. 10/10 would recommend!

The house was clean and the kitchen equipped with everything you need in everyday life. Communication with Ilaria was friendly and straightforward at all times – everything worked out great. The highlight is the large, very well-kept garden with many different plants – a really nice, green paradise. The pool makes the whole thing even better. We really enjoyed our time there and would be happy to come back!

Beautiful accommodation! We really liked how the interior and exterior are furnished. I particularly liked the garden. Many evocative corners to discover, with statues hidden in the greenery and small tables. Ideal location to spend a weekend in the countryside relaxing away from the city.

We had a wonderful time at Lucas's house. His warm mother Virginia and Luca himself are excellent hosts – friendly, attentive and always helpful. (And of course Dora🥰, the dog, not to forget) Everything was very clean and well maintained, you immediately felt comfortable. The garden with the lemon and olive trees is an absolute dream – ideal for relaxing and enjoying. It is also particularly nice that you can do a lot due to the location between mountains and sea. There are numerous attractions in the area that can be reached quickly, or just chill by the sea.🏖 We can recommend this house at any time and thank you from the bottom of our hearts for this unforgettable stay. What a fantastic stay we had at Fabrizio’s place! It is easy to get to, conveniently located to the train station, the beach, and numerous restaurants. The space was just perfect for us - and the best part was the outdoor space! We spent a lot of time outside on the patio just soaking in the sunshine, fresh air, and listening to the birds and the sea. If we ever have the chance to come back to Monterosso al Mare, we will be sure to stay there again! Perfetto! Grazie Mille!

We loved staying at Elisa’s place - so lovingly restored and a truly special place. Beautiful setting and we loved hanging out in the garden on the sun loungers in the peaceful surroundings. Being able to say hello to their dogs and having their sweet cats in the garden made it feel like home to us. Easy parking nearby. Thank you so much!

The accommodation was very private on the edge of the village. You have to drive along a narrow, winding and sometimes steep path by car. Fortunately, there was never any oncoming traffic and the neighbors behaved courteously. For this, the outdoor area is very quiet and idyllic, almost heavenly. The highlight is the private pool with enchanting views. The hosts live directly below the apartment, but that's an advantage, as it makes communication much easier. They also have two great dogs. Mirko gave us good tips for excursions and parking, which enriched our vacation. The apartment is a sufficient size and it is furnished in such a way that you feel right at home. All in all, we had a great vacation and the accommodation contributed a lot to it.

I was genuinely impressed by this place. So beautiful! The pool is incredible, they had prosecco and limoncello for us and provided several supplies for a successful stay. I would 100000% come back here!

The stay at Alessandro and Diego's was very nice. Everything was clean, the kitchen well equipped (also with salt, pepper, oil, etc.), in the bathroom there was shampoo and shower gel, generally plenty of space offered,…. Regarding the location: you can't reach much on foot, but that doesn't bother us, as we always travel by car. Supermarket is about 5 min. by car, the nearest beach about 15-20 min. … It should be mentioned that of 11 nights 2-3 evenings (maybe 8-11 pm) military exercises were done on the nearby military grounds, which was already very loud (helicopter). Otherwise, there was nothing to complain about. All around you can see numerous hills, in the garden you can enjoy the sunset and cook / grill really well with the great grill and oven outside. We booked this for a girls holiday and we had the best week. We didn’t hire a car, we walked to a few of neighbouring towns and got a taxi to Lucca, and a train to Florence one day. Neighbouring towns have small supermarkets and the walks to them were enjoyable, the scenery is truly incredible. Lucca is beautiful and has incredible markets, it’s a must see if you stay here. The villa itself is exactly as shown in the pictures, the pool area is gorgeous, we sat around the table every night for dinner, and when it’s dark there’s clusters of fireflies sparkling in the roses, it was magical. Stefania was great, very responsive and there if we needed her. We’d definitely recommend and book this villa again in the future!

The place was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The location was perfect for spending time with the family in a private setting but being close enough to the local town. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We stayed at La Macina Farmhouse for ten nights in October 2024. The photos do not not truly capture how special this 16th century villa is, it is magical. There were days we did not leave the villa as it had everything we could want or need and was such a nice retreat from the cities we visited in the surrounding region. It is perfectly located in the hills above Lucca, day trips to Firenze, Sienna, Pisa, Carrara, Forte di Marmi and Parma are easy to drive to for daily adventures. The restaurants in the surrounding hills were incredible with great menus at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend this property and Lucca Apartments & Villas for their exceptional service.

The villa was beautiful! Very peaceful and a great base for exploring the region. Lorenzo was very helpful before we got there and while we were there. The entry road is steep, so follow his directions on the type of car to get. Once you drive it the first time you’ll be fine!

We had an amazing stay at Juri's beautiful villa in Tuscany! The place is super spacious, easily accommodating our group of 11, and it was spotless and very well maintained. Juri and his mom were incredible hosts—always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed anything. The location is also perfect for day trips to Florence, Pisa, and Lucca. If you're looking for a charming, well-kept and very clean villa with top-notch hospitality, this is the place. Highly recommend! Let me know if you'd like any tweaks!

What an amazing stay! The views from the villa are spectacular, and the villa itself was immaculate. It felt so private & peaceful. We had Chef Niki come for a private dinner and a cooking class, and he was fantastic. Brunella and Giacomo were very helpful and responsive before our stay and throughout our time there. I’m already dreaming about coming back!
