In Strettoia, along the wine route, near the Via Francigena, about 15 minutes from the sea and the center of Pietrasanta, the little Athens. It is reached by a short but steep and somewhat narrow road unsuitable for inexperienced new drivers, but once you arrive, the panoramic view, peace, silence, a romantic sunset, a comfortable and welcoming home, make the climb worthwhile.

Our lovely and cosy one-bedroom house is situated in a peaceful and friendly neighbourhood far from the traffic and 8 minutes walk to citycenter of Pietrasanta. The renovated property is equipped with every comfort, designed for a couple who wish to explore the town and surroundings, Two bikes are available free of charge. This is the perfect location as you can easily reach the beaches of Marina di Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi in 10 minutes (by car) and explore the rest of Tuscany.

The house consists of a full kitchen with a gas stove, wifi, sofa bed, and for heating for the winter season it has a wood-burning stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with a full bathroom with a shower, and a wooden loft with a single bed.
