Our family had an absolutely wonderful experience. The location made all of the local attractions such as the zoo, Pike’s Peak or Bust rodeo, Pike’s Peak, Garden of the Gods, and Broadmoor, easily accessible. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and beautifully landscaped yard. The home was sparkling clean and offered every imaginable amenity from games to a projection room to upgraded appliances. Expectations and instructions for everything in the home were clearly communicated which I appreciated. We would definitely like to stay here again next year during the rodeo!

Place was great, nice residential neighborhood. Worked well for our family to explore different things to do around Colorado Springs, and was a great place to hang out and rest up for the day so we could adventure again the next day. Hot tub was nice, and the master suite was exceptional, especially the shower and tub. Plenty of room for our family of 6 to enjoy time together but have space apart as well. Kitchen had PLENTY of pots and pans and knives and cutting boards for us to cook, and we love to cook our own food on vacation to save money. We visited in winter or we would have spent a bunch of time when we were there in the pool as well.

Our 2nd time at the place and we love it. It was perfect for a group of men going to a conference.

We loved staying at Tiffany's beautiful home. The kids loved the pool and the mickey room with bunkbed and slide. The kitchen was fully stocked. Lots of linens, pool towels, etc. were provided. Would highly recommend staying!

We spent 9 days at Jalina's home over Christmas and then our son's wedding. We had 14 guests stay (including adults & young children) and did not feel cramped with the spaciousness of the home. The tri-level home also provided a nice setup for some to work remotely, others to have quiet time, the kids to play in a kid-friendly environment, & the whole group to gather together frequently. Bathrooms & beds were adequate for this number of people, and plenty of towels, blankets and linens were readily available. The indoor toys & outdoor playsets were a great blessing too! The park was much closer than I expected (almost across the street!) and provided additional running room for the little ones. Nearby to a variety of restaurants and shopping as well as other Colorado Springs attractions (like Pikes Peak & Garden of the Gods). Neighborhood was quiet! Jalina was always very quick and responsive to messages. Overall, a fabulous home that I would highly recommend! A very homey stay!

We truly loved our stay at the farm house. It was cozy and everything was close by and easy to get too. They also had a book full of recommendations that was very helpful. It was the perfect place for my family and I! Just the three of us great space and the kitchen was lovely. We love to cook and we spent most of our time in the kitchen and the living room. With occasionally using the hot tub! Definitely a must stay in Colorado! Pikes peak was definitely the best park of them all! But garden of the gods and seven falls was amazing as well!

Erika and William hosted us this weekend for our short trip to Colorado Springs / Manitou! The place was very cute and well kept. We were pleased with our stay and they are probably the most and quickest to respond host I’ve ever had! We definitely would stay again when we venture back up to Colorado Springs!

Robin is an awesome and amazing host. Was in town for my daughter and son’s graduation. Enter the home and it was way above standard on looks, cleanliness, and home away from home comfort. The property had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun escape — from the cozy cedar hot tub and stargazing net to the game garage, Blackstone grill, and fire pit, every detail was thoughtfully set up for a great time. Atomic was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay, which made everything even more enjoyable. We’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat, and we’re already hoping to come back soon!

Tauna's house is a beautifully decorated home with comfortable sitting areas and beds. The house is extremely well stocked and provides plenty of towels. The house is well located with short distances to activities and restaurants. Tauna is very responsive and ensures her guests get the best experience while staying in her house!

Great cottage, we really liked the style. Felt at home the minute we walked in. Everything was spotless and the hot tub was a nice feature. We will definitely book again when we are in the area.

My wife and I enjoyed Karen’s beautiful home! If possible even, it is nicer than the pictures on the site. The views are breathtaking. Unfortunately the weather was not always the greatest when we were there. It was damp and raining some days and having the Gas fireplace to enjoy, was a big hit on those days. Karen also made the check in process seamless! The location was also awesome. It was convenient to all the great things to see in the Colorado Springs area. I would highly recommend staying at Karen’s beautiful home when visiting the area!

It is very quite and established neighborhood, 4 mins drive to the Ice Hall, shopping and dining, however my cell phone did have signal issue both from the Ice hall and our airbnb.

This was our second stay and was just as happy as the first time! We will stay again if we are ever back in the area!

Very clean and accessible. Quiet neighborhood and close to Fort Carson. Had fun in the game room. We will stay again when we visit our boys again.
