The 45 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), cable TV, a washing machine as well as a dryer. This apartment features a private garden for a serene and relaxing stay. Zusätzlich gibt es eine kleine Terrasse mit einem separaten Garten. Die Küche ist vollausgestattet. Es gibt einen Gasherd und gutes WLAN. Im Winter wird das Ferienhaus über Fußbodenheizung geheizt.

You can expect a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with fully equipped kitchens, four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sofa bed for two additional guests. Space for up to 10 people. The highlight is the bright living area with high ceilings, open half-timbered and glazed Tennentor overlooking the village square.

The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

The apartment is quietly located with wonderful views of the countryside on a 1 hectare garden property. Bicycles can be rented, there is a barbecue and a private bar counter in the huge barn. Suitable for families as well as for cycling or motorbike excursions, for hunting trips, for hiking or just to enjoy undisturbed weekends in the evening sun in a lovingly restored Lower Saxon hall farmhouse with a "Göpel" (breakfast room).

You can walk to the Elbe in the nature reserve in 5 minutes and to the city center with shops and restaurants in 2 minutes. On the Elbe bike trail you can see storks and sea eagles or you can simply enjoy the sunset overlooking the walnut tree.
