For NÖ-Card owners, but also without a card, we are very centrally located to various excursion destinations such as Sonnentor, Noah's Ark, Kittenberg adventure gardens and much more. Winter closure from January 7th to February. Limited operation from February until the Easter holidays. The house is alive, so noises (e.g. woodworm) and animal visits (e.g. ladybugs) are possible.

Vacation home with lots of charm in the Strassertal

The historic 19th-century cottage was carefully revitalized in 2023 to preserve its original charm. We are right on the wine bike routes Riesling tour and Zweigelt tour. The wedding venues in the town center can be reached on foot in about 1.5 km via a walking path illuminated at night. We don't need air conditioning, even in the height of summer it is pleasantly cool in the house due to the thick stone walls!

Micro house in Krems-Süd

Due to the positive experiences as Airbnb hosts, we converted the smallest barn on our property into a tiny house in 2020-2022. We planned and built everything ourselves and hope our guests will feel comfortable and enjoy their time in Krems and the Wachau! The small apartment is located right next to the Danube directly at the Schürerplatz . Heurigen, restaurants shopping, everything nearby. And for mountaineers and hikers it is an experience in the Wachau, Senftenberg, Mautern.... The property is located in the basement of my private house. You have your own entrance and privacy is of great importance. Free parking is available just a 2-minute walk from the property.
