Right next to the beach of Storsjön is Östersund's most central beach plot Villa Alpnäs. Cozy loft apartment with private entrance in a quiet location on Frösön. Well-equipped kitchen, sleeping alcove, wood-burning stove, access to private beach, kayak, bicycles and fishing opportunities. Cross-country skiing, Northern Lights in winter, rich wildlife near the forest. Very close to Frösöberget's climbing wall and lookout over beautiful Östersund. 15 min walking distance to the city center, you pass Frösön marina, playgrounds and surf bay.

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Move into the old school cafeteria where the church's students had their school lunch during the day in the 40s and 50s. The wood stove that crackles in the kitchen is the same one on which the mother cooked lunch. She lived upstairs and we offer her kitchen with adjacent bedroom and bathroom. Quiet and peaceful in the old timber building. Outside, you can enjoy mountain views or visit Frösön's beautiful church, which is next to the vicarage where the host couple live with their dogs and cats.

A nice one-room apartment (15 sqm) with kitchenette and bathroom (shower and washing machine) located on a lake plot in Lugnvik with lovely views of Storsjön and its own dock. The apartment is separate with its own entrance. The furniture includes a sofa bed, small table and two chairs, kitchenware, and a small sink and refrigerator. Stugan ligger i lantlig miljö med vidunderlig utsikt över Storsjön, och har skogen på promenadavstånd. Tre bäddar men möjlighet till extrabäddar åt två personer, här får hela familjen plats! Här finns goda möjligheter för en aktiv vistelse då det är gott om promenadstigar i området, och det är nära till Fursteli skidspår & cykelstigar.

Cross-country trails and hiking trails go through the area and the slalom slopes are a few minutes drive away. It has room for 4 guests and has all the amenities needed for a relaxing holiday with comfortable beds, fireplace and sauna.

The apartment is located in one of Östersund's quieter areas but only a 5-minute walk from the city center.
