To Östersund city center Stortorget 2 km. Bicycle and footpath to the city center at the property border. To the slalom slope on Frösöberget about 700 meters where there is also illuminated tracks. The local environment offers many nice training and excursion opportunities. 3 km to Ski Stadium Bus stop to the city center and airport, etc. 200 meters

Here you live in a new house, the forest in the back and 12 km drive along Storsjön into the pulse of Östersund;) Just over the hour's trip to Åre as well as Bydalsfjällen! There are many cozy forest trails around the corner for lovely runs, cycling or walking! Taste the forest berries along the way is a must:) The house's kitchen is open to the living room, easy to hang many tsm, with doors facing a large terrace for hanging even outside:) For children there is outdoor trampoline&sand box

Welcome to a house with large open living areas. Here you live within walking distance to both ski trails and cross-country trails, about 200 meters. Easy to get to the arena village where the ski stadium, Jämtkraft Arena and Östersund Arena are located, about 10 minutes by car. It is about 7 km to the city center from the house (12 minutes by car). Good bus connections are also close to the house (200 meters) and in Torvalla center (1 km). In the center of Torvalla, there is also the nearest grocery store Coop Torvalla.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A rural detached villa near forest and nature. Spacious house on two floors with sleeping accommodations for 8 people divided into 4 bedrooms. Two of the rooms have a double bed and the possibility to close the door. The other two are separated from the living room. Floor 1 has a bathroom with shower and separate shower in the laundry room. Floor 2 has its own toilet. Well-equipped kitchen with entrance to separate cold pantry. High chair and play corner.

Modern family villa 5 km from the city center

In a quiet villa area is our house which is perfect for families with children. The house is located 5 km from the centre of Östersund, which is easily reached by bus or car. If you are going to visit Storsjöcupen, the bus goes all the way to the sports field in Odensala, no change needed. To Östersunds ski stadium, it takes 9 minutes by car. Nearby there are forest, horse roads and bike trails. Children can play in one of the nearby playgrounds, or in the plot where there are plenty of outdoor toys.

Idyllic villa close to Östersund city

Välkommen till vårt rymliga och mysiga hus, perfekt för familjer och vänner! Här finns ett stort kök med plats för 10 personer, ett vardagsrum med eldstad och 3 sovrum plus gästrum (totalt 8 bäddar). Två toaletter, dusch och badkar ger extra bekvämlighet. Ute finns en stor gård (2 ha), trädäck med inglasning och två grillar samt en lekplats. Bara 100 m till sjön med strand och 5 min med bil till centrum. En perfekt plats för avkoppling nära naturen!
