The apartment has ski in-ski out with access to the entire Åre lift system, ski rental and shops as well as restaurants around the corner and just over 500 meters to the cross-country trails 1-15 km with electric light trails 3 and 5 km. Within walking distance, the bus goes to Åre. Balcony in southwest, view of Åredalen/Åre Skutan. You need to bring your own sheets/pillowcases and towels, it is fine to wash during the week as we have a washing machine. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Description: This newly built cottage in Laxviken has three bedrooms and living areas combined with kitchen. A conservatory with glass veranda and large sun deck provides another big common space. The cottage is located 150 meters next to Hotagen, with its own swimming area and boat that takes you in 5 minutes to well-known fishing water Hotagsströmmen. In winter you can rent our scooters and use the snowmobile trails off the knot. The cross-country ski trail attracts you at the door.

Herbret and the sauna is a recreational experience! Herbret is 80 meters from Åresjön, 10 meters from the lake stands the sauna, 200 meters is the ski slope Vm8. The house gives a lovely home feeling with its 100 square meters. Fishing summer and winter time, skiing and biking just around the corner. Great as a base for excursions both winter and summer time. If you don't just want to enjoy the tranquility and nice view. Nice patio with large lawn is available in the back. The main property is located on the same farm. Cat has been in the home.

In a detached guesthouse of approx. 60sqm, on our farm, you can enjoy panoramic views of Åreskutan and Kallsjön. The flat has its own entrance, divided over two floors with entrance hall, shower room, exit to pool deck on the groundfloor. The upstairs studio has a kitchen with all mod cons, dining area, sleeping area with king size bed and extra single bed and a sitting area with sofas and wood burner. It's a light and airy space in very quiet, peaceful surroundings with nature on your doorstep.
