Newly-built cottage with magical location at Svartåstjärn in Sweden's most beautiful village, Klövsjö. Outside the large window sections, you have the lake where you can fish all year round & swim in the summer. There are both grayling, trout, rainbow trout & whitefish all year round. Boat rental is available. If you want to go skiing, Klövsjö ski area is right across the lake (about 600-700 meters) or 900 meters by road. Cross-country trails are at the top and also below. New this year is a ski pass for SEK 395 in Klövsjö instead of SEK 629 as it costs in the rest of Vemdalen!

Cottage beautifully located on a former farm. Beautiful and quiet location about 40 km southwest of Östersund. Here you are close to the mountains, forest areas and Storsjön. The farm is 600 meters from the village center with an ICA store, pastry shop, gas station, electric car charger, health center and more. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.
