Apartment of about 35 sqm with sleeping loft. Bunk bed on bottom and 140cm double bed in sleeping loft. The price includes bed linen and towels. Kitchen with stove,oven,microwave,dishwasher, fridge and freezer. DURING THE WINTER SEASON AGE LIMIT AT LEAST 25 years old (or in the company of a guardian) Private entrance and patio. Very central in the middle of the village, walking distance to everything. Suitable for two adults and two children or up to THREE ADULTS. The apartment is part of a private house with a resident and therefore quietness after 22.00 is a requirement. No parties!!

Central modern apartment with 3 bedrooms, 8 beds but suitable for 6 people, combined kitchen/living room. 2 private car parks ! Toilet with shower and washing machine, drying cupboard in hallway. Fully equipped kitchen as well as Wi-Fi, TV and chromecast. 2 Ski cabinets outside the door. Cleaning is part of a cleaning company. Bed linen and towels are not included. OBS! - Rented weekly Sunday to Sunday Note: The 30-year limit applies to all residents of the apartment, or families with children - according to BRF regulations for a peaceful accommodation.

Live the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located home in beautiful Ottsjö. A cozy newly renovated upstairs apartment (60 sqm) with amazing mountain view! Ottsjö is a mountain village in the middle of the mountain world and close to everything. 2.8 miles to Åre 20 miles to Vålådalen 1 mile to Trillevallen Nice snowmobile trails and cross-country tracks around the corner. There is a dog run and fishing. 300 m to Ica Bua which has everything you need. Close to fantastic swimming. Departure cleaning may be arranged.

Lägenheten har inglasad balkong. Det ingår ett förråd samt garageplats. Avstånd till centrum ca 10 min promenad. 2 min att gå till skidbacken /VM8:an. Parkering i garage under huset. Sängkläder finns till bäddsoffan och självklart är sängen i sovrummet bäddad när ni anländer.
