Monthly Rentals in Stony Hill

Stayed 7 months while selling my home of 35 years and downsizing to another house after death of husband. I was truly blessed by the host and his entire family during my stay, finding the welcoming refuge I desperately needed. Spent many hours on the deck or under the pagoda; such a peaceful, well landscaped and decorated yard. I even made some new friends! I was not at all familiar with this area of Raleigh, but became comfortable enough here that I chose to purchase my new house right in the same neighborhood! I would highly recommend this place, especially for longer stays. Thank you Daniel, Martha, and all of your family!

We had such a wonderful stay! The home was incredibly cozy—one of those places that instantly makes you feel at ease. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, clean, and welcoming. The area was just as lovely—peaceful, safe, and close to everything we needed, yet still felt like a perfect little retreat. The cozy living room to quiet evenings winding down, the space had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time. You can tell a lot of love and care went into creating a great experience for guests. We’d absolutely stay here again—highly recommend!

We loved this place! Private parking. So glad to find it was first floor living given I have some physical limitations. It was perfect for me and my girls. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a nice clean uncluttered kitchen/living room and dining room. Even though it’s on a main road the property is beautiful with decks and a cute pond out back with a waterfall. So relaxing to come back to. Convenient to shopping. I would definitely stay here again when I go back to NC. So much better than a hotel room. Thank you.

The apartment was cozy, charming, & easily felt like home. My family & I enjoyed the peacefulness & the background of nature. My little girls marveled at the chicken coop especially. This place is a 10 out of 10!
