Vacation rentals with a patio in Stonehaven

The property is in a good location for both the centre of Aberdeen and the university, walkable but also with great bus services door to door. The location is incredibly quiet and peaceful, yet just off King’s Road. There is a large supermarket very close by. The flat itself is clean, stylish and comfortable and Peter was a friendly and helpful host. It was well appointed for towels, toiletries etc with some nice touches such as milk, butter and bread. I’d definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay at the flat. Bruce came to let us in which was helpful. The location is ideal for golfers and visitors to St Andrews. It all worked out very well for us and would recommend the flat!

We had a fantastic stay here for a family wedding. It's within walking distance of all the great amenities Dundee has to offer. The apartment was wonderful, clean and spacious. We loved having the outdoor terrace too which felt really private. We would definitely stay again if we are back visiting. It was brilliant value for money.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the flat, finding it to be lovely, exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-equipped. We would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone planning to visit the Cairngorms or the surrounding area in Scotland. Josephine was a truly outstanding host, providing excellent assistance with the flat and offering valuable recommendations for the local area. Her hospitality was exemplary, and we would certainly like to return and stay again in the future.

A great stay for a short family trip. The flat is a lower ground floor basement flat but doesn’t lack light and is spotlessly clean inside. Great location, close to the town centre and local immunities. Cannot fault our stay. We had a couple of small issues that were resolved quickly and without any fuss.

Our second time here and another great stay. The place is spacious and well-equipped and easily walkable to local shops, restaurants and pubs; Carron To Mumbai is a great restaurant and only a couple of minutes walk away.

My friends and I stayed at Angela’s for the weekend and had a fantastic time - the airbnb is right on the harbour with both bedrooms and the living room facing the pier. The place was spotless, extremely well equipped, with one of the cosiest living rooms I’ve been to in an airbnb (we even managed to watch the sunrise from its comfort). The beds were wonderfully comfortable. Angela was friendly and responsive. If you’ve never been to saint Andrews before or want to bask in nostalgia and history by the sea this is the place to stay. I will definitely be coming again!

This was our home base for our golf trip which included stops in Carnoustie and St Andrews and a few others along the way. we had everything we needed to stay in and cook, do some golf laundry and relax on lazy days in the backyard. the bedrooms were comfortable and everything was clean. the local Larick Cafe was great for breakfast, but doesn't open til 10. it is of note that most local food spots in Tayport weren't open on Monday and Tuesday so plan ahead to takeout or eat in! Mary kindly left a personalized note of recommendations on what to do when we weren't golfing and the little amenities in the house like coffee, tea, milk and biscuits were wonderful! thanks for a great trip! 100% recommend this spot!

We loved our stay at this farmhouse, a lovely property which was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Very helpful information from Clark and Irene and responsive when contacted. Evita’s property is a few meters from a high street supermarket, bars and pubs, butcher, chemist, take always and several other small retailers. A short walk also takes you to the beach and river mouth, long coastal walks are possible on good trails. The property itself is as advertised and benefits from private parking, a real plus as the high street can get quite busy with parked cars. I highly recommend a stay there and will make repeat visits with my wife in the future.

We have just returned from a fabulous week at Denfield. The house is beautiful, spotlessly clean, with a beautiful outside sitting area and view across the fields to the sea. Shirley and John, the hosts, were great. Communication was excellent and they checked in with us during our stay to ensure that everything was ok. They also provided a tasty starter pack for us including the most delicious local strawberries. Our group included a small dog and my Mum who has mobility issues. However, the house was well set up for her, with a large downstairs bedroom and en suite/jack & jill bathroom. The dog was also made welcome, with treats and a Mud Daddy portable shower unit for those wash downs after the beach walks! I would not hesitate to recommend this house and would visit again. Thank you Shirley and John for such a great stay!

A lovely, well appointed property in a stunning location and with a beautiful garden going down to the River Spey too. The house has everything you need and is very clean and very comfortable. A short walk to the nearest shop, pub and restaurant. Thoroughly recommend the house and the host who is most helpful, we’d definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our short stay in the lovely apartment. The highlight was the view from the lounge windows; you could sit and watch the changing light on the sea and the wildlife all day! The apartment is well equipped and comfortable and ideally located in Gourdon for a great chippy and pub; the food from each was excellent and a great choice of beers at the Harbour Bar. A nice easy walk to Inverbervie too. Thanks to Denise for excellent communication and letting us stay in this fab apartment.

Ben was extremely helpful in providing directions (and pictures!) to help us find the property. Was there for golf and it was walking distance to the course. It was definitely good value.

I stayed at Driftwood for 3 nights with my husband and teenage son. The house is comfortable and well stocked, plenty of dishes, cutlery etc. The street is peaceful and I enjoyed being able to see the sea from the windows. It is just a short walk to a pub, restaurant (fish and chip shop) and Chinese takeaway. It is a short, flat walk (just over a mile) to Inverbervie for a Scotmid. The walk to Johnshaven is longer, however, a lovely flat walk too. Gourdon is in a lovely area, and hopefully I'll visit again.

What an experience! Well done, David and team. Absolutely nothing to take away from this accommodation. - all the parameters of measuring a good service scored the very top mark. And it was good value for money too. The team responded promptly when the toaster broke down and most courteously too. I recommend this accommodation fully and without any reservation at all.

Beautiful place so quiet for a city. Easy bus links into town. Very clean and tidy beautifully staged period property on a beautiful tree lined street.
