Monthly Rentals in Štokovci

A great example of how air bnb can really work. Really good house/villa that hit the spot in regards to our requirements.

We (4 adults, 2 children) had a great time at Villa Latini. We didn't lack anything, the place is exactly as described. The amenities and furnishings are very tasteful. I would particularly like to praise the cleanliness. The pool is just the right size and always allowed for an interim refreshment. In addition, our offspring were able to refine their swimming skills again :-) The location is awesome - small village with lots of agriculture and fields around it. You have to be aware of that. Plenty of rest and relaxation. To Pula, Rovinj or to various beaches about 30 min by car. Matea and Drazen were very friendly and lovable hosts. Highlights include their own olive oil, which you can also taste - we stocked up on a few bottles ;-) If you like comfort and tranquility - and feel comfortable in rural life, this is the place to be. We'd love to come back...

The house owners are super nice. They welcomed us very nicely and took care of all our needs. The house is brand new and very modern. The pool and whirlpool have great water quality.

We were received in a very friendly manner by the whole family. Very attentive, nice but not intrusive hosts. The place was very clean and everything your heart desires was there. Beautiful walks with the dogs in the area possible, otherwise location well suited to explore many places in Istria (usually about 30-45 min drive).
