Perfect stay! 10 minutes walk to beach and high street. The house had all the amenities and was very very clean. Roger and Sarah were really responsive and kind. The house was really modern, clean and just what we wanted. Will visit again!

We stayed at Stuart and Alison's AirBnB for a week. Everything is absolutely fantastic. You wake up with the morning sun and can start the day comfortably on the terrace with a coffee. At the pier you have the opportunity to eat, occupy yourself in the Arcades or just take a nice beach walk. In 8 minutes you are on foot in the middle of the city of paignton. So the location is absolutely perfect. The house is very well maintained and clean. If it rains, you will find a living room with TV on the first floor and enough communal games in the storage room to pass the time. All in all, we were extremely happy and very satisfied with everyone offered here. And if you have a question, you can reach Stuart directly and he responds within the shortest possible time. This property is spacious, clean, modern and had lovely views. It has everything for a week’s holiday, including great facilities, comfy beds and everything in order as you’d expect. It felt like the owner had gone the extra mile to make it a pleasant stay. The only thing that detracted a bit for us was the downstairs flat- whilst it’s separate, a bit of noise transferred upwards through the floor and the pipes, especially early in the morning as the people staying there were in work time and we were on holiday time! Apart from that, this is an excellent property and highly recommended for a relaxing holiday with great views of the marina and harbour.

A wonderful house and the allocated parking was a huge bonus. Terrific views. Everything was better than we expected.

We had a brilliant stay at the townhouse! The most perfect location with everything on your doorstep. The house worked so well for our group size, each bedroom was beautiful and felt like being in a hotel but with the added bonus of lovely communal areas- big kitchen/diner and comfy lounge. Very generous with the amount of coffee/tea and biscuits provided and even a bottle of milk in the fridge. The kingswood hotel was very helpful in explaining the parking and being on hand if we needed anything. Sidmouth itself is a wonderful place for a holiday and so much to do locally. We will be back!

Lovely, spacious, and modern property. Plenty of choice for outside seating too. exceeded expectations, more than matched the photos provided. Only advice I will give, which is not anything negative about the Property is be mindful if you have guests who aren't particularly mobile as there are steps up to the property and the driveway is up a fairly steep hill. We did also struggle to get a taxi, as didn't really seem to be all that often or available in this location from what we found and Uber just said it would be a very long wait. The Property itself was fantastic though, plenty of space for all of us. Myself, My Husband, My Sister, her Partner and children plus My Dad came for the weekend & there were three spacious double rooms, two with en suites and then the two singles in another room for My Niece and Nephew, so absolutely perfect for what we needed. Overall, very happy with this property & our Host was very friendly and super quick to reply to any questions. Would stay again!

Staying at Daryl’s was perfect, he always responded to any messages I had sent to him within a short window, and was kind enough to leave us some Prosecco and chocolate as a welcome gift! The place was immaculate and exactly like the photos, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone else.

Had a great stay at Dan’s place. It’s a great location, very central but also in a quiet neighbourhood. Communication with Dan was great and it was very easy to check in. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone who is staying in Exeter 🙂

Had an absolutely amazing stay and Susan was informative and made the whole experience as relaxing as possible. Amazing views at the location and the hot tub made it even better. Cannot fault a single thing with this location and we will definitely be booking again! Would definitely recommend to others.

This was your second stay in this lovely apartment. It's cozy, well decorated and furnished with excellent towels & linen. But it's all about the views. We booked knowing that it would almost certainly be a rainy week in March but we didn't mind as we'd happily potter about inside taking in the vista if so. As it turned out it was glorious and we got to explore the gorgeous surroundings more than we thought. We'll definitely be back, just hope it's available when we book! Thanks Freya.

Extremely comfortable apartment, secure parking, ideally located for a short walk to the town centre.

We spent a lovely couple of days in Plymouth. Victoria's apartment was perfect for our young family, in a great location. We could walk everywhere really easily, and the parking was really easy to find and so close to the apartment. Vicky was great at helping with my questions beforehand, and the apartment itself was lovely with plenty of space and all amenities we could need ...including a stocked toy and games cupboard! Highly recommend!

We have stayed in Karen’s flat before. It is conveniently situated just around the corner from Preston Sands so is a quieter location but an easy, level walk to the sea. The private parking is a bonus at busy times and is reasonably spacious and easy to access. The flat was super clean and comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Shops and takeaways all within easy walking distance too. Certainly hope to stay again and this is now the first place we check for availability when visiting our friends in the area.

Lynne’s studio apartment had a fantastic view, was spotlessly clean and in a great location to walk to a range of restaurants / local amenities. Lynne was very responsive and helpful as a host. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Perfect place for two! Easy access to town promenade and the beautiful back beach Not our 1st visit or our last visit to Teignmouth but our first with Luke hosting…. We will be back! Everything you need, all has been thought of clean comfortable quiet with cream tea and bubbles on arrival! Detailed access to lock box and free parking instructions, internet, great communication from Luke prior to arrival. A*****

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay, to be able to have the enjoyment of peace and privacy yet amenities close by… was incredible. Hill side and beach walks right on your doorstep also… words can’t describe this incredible spot. Will 100% be looking into coming back in future.

We had a lovely long weekend (4 night) stay (family of 4) at the apartment. We chose this apartment as it's in a good location (great views, near to the town and the harbour (approx. 15 min walk with young children), and it looked well maintained, very clean, etc). The photos did it justice, and was as expected. Martin was there to greet us on arrival, and had laid out some beach toys for the children. There was milk, tea, coffee, and a bottle of Prosecco in the apartment, which was a nice touch. There were some printed out maps of local places (beaches etc.) to visit, in the apartment, which Martin talked us through. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in!! If we stay in Torquay again, we would happily stay at this apartment again.

The location is amazing, very quiet but at the same time accessible to the local city centre via a short walk. The apartment has basic amenities to get you started without the need to visit the grocery store which is great after a long drive. The views from the reception and bedroom are lovely. Angie and John are very helpful and were wonderful to meet them during our stay. Would visit again and recommend to others !
