Another geat stay .Photos of the views are really good but the real think is something else great views from every window. Accurate description on the listing and fantastic replies from Suki on any questions. We will book again.

Annalisa is an amazing host. She is very quick to reply and let me know when the flat was ready early! The flat was very clean and spacious. Location is fab. The mattress could be a much better quality and more comfortable, the linen was lovely though. It was bit of a faff finding one house to get the keys and then finding the actual flat.

What a truly wonderful stay, and the photos REALLY do not do this beautiful place justice!! We had the most lovely welcome from Chris and Sally when we arrived, were given lots of tasty treats to keep us going until we were able to shop the next day, and loved every second of our stay with them. They really did think of everything we could possibly need, and nothing was too much trouble for them. The location is excellent as we were able to park right outside the property. There is also a bus stop directly outside so we jumped on the bus to Exeter, which only took half an hour. The drive to Starcross is only about 10 minutes and we parked up and got the lovely foot-passenger ferry over to Exmouth (definitely worth the trip and very cheap.) We will DEFINITELY be returning and are already missing the sound of the ocean.

Tanglewood is a magical place, especially for lovers of walking, wildlife and stunning views along the river Dart. Annie and Rob were friendly, hospitable and helpful. Everything had been considered for comfort and convenience and we would recommend a stay at this wonderful oasis they have created, to all our family and friends.

Great location and beautiful flat. We took our 1 year old with us and it was perfectly suited to him toddling around too. Very clean and modern interior. Would highly recommend!

the flat was very roomy, light and airy. clean and fresh when we got there. parking was very easy and convenient for the house. had some concerns about the steps up to the flat but it was no problem - less steps than I had thought. Emma was quick to respond to queries 11.00 am checkout is useful - many places want you out earlier. Would be happy to use again

A fantastic short stay at a lovely apartment, with a beautiful view to wake up to or enjoy a sundowner with before heading out to dinner. We really enjoyed our stay and took advantage of some of Freya’s recommendations re food and shopping. Freya answers our quirked quickly and was always lovely to communicate with. Amy's cottage is just as advertised , location is perfect, right on the river beach, its easy to find, and just a short walk from train station. The shops and several little cafes , bakeries and pubs, are all within a short stroll , many are dog friendly. Amy's cottage has everything you could need and its all very clean cosy and comfortable .Amy was quick to answer my queries and gave me good directions for getting there. Thank you for a lovely seaside break , me and my little dog would love to stay again .

A beautiful property. With all modern facilities and many features. You could stay here a long time. You definitely need to be ok with steps as there are quite a few to the entrance (wants problem for us). Parking is quite “tight” below the property.

The house was roomy and comfortable in a sublime setting overlooking a beautiful valley. The garden was lovely, including its own walled garden and two streams tinkling their way below it. We couldn't have been happier!

Great home with outstanding facilities and location. Pool is a highlight, and hot tub right next to it which is great for when the kids get chilly! Fantastic playroom for them too. Boiling water tap for grown ups teas and coffee with good indoor and outdoor seating areas. Fun for all the family!

This has been by far the best ABnB we have ever stayed in! We wish we booked there for our whole 10 days! The Penthouse has the most tranquil feeling with views so spectacular, you will never forget them! Sarah is an excellent host who communicated very well and were so kind in providing a cot and high chair and a few age appropriate books and toys for our grandchild! We had a truly unforgettable couple of days in this special place! We will definitely spread the word and hope to be back!

The Italian Garden is a magical respite. Down a tiny country road, near mostly farmland and hills, you’ll find this incredible hideaway. We arrived at night and will admit didn’t do much research before booking (although there’s a lot of info online if you search theitaliangarden)- so were shocked to find that this gorgeous home is nestled just in front of nearly four acres of a phenomenal private garden that you often have to yourself. Words can’t do it justice … just go! The house itself has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you can imagine to cook or bake. There’s a gas fireplace for cold nights, and an outdoor fire bowl. Every bit of the house is luxurious and comfortable. It’s in an extremely quiet part of southern Devon, but just a 15 minute drive from bustling Totnes with unique restaurants and shops. There are many other nearby towns to explore, and Dartmoor is also very close by for gorgeous walks and landscape. Our week flew by - we can’t more highly recommend i

A very beautiful modern, spacious and comfortable apartment. It has everything you could need. It’s within easy walking distance to both city centre and the lovely Hoe and the Barbican area. Check in instructions were easy and nice having the underground garage parking space. The lift was an added bonus as was the balcony the full length of the apartment with sliding doors from both bedrooms and lounge. James was super helpful and very responsive. Had an absolutely fantastic stay and highly recommend this apartment and am hoping to return.

Booked this Airbnb for a group of colleagues working in the area, and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. The location was excellent—convenient, close to everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout the entire process, and check-in was incredibly easy and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this place to others and wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future.

The apARTment exceeded our expectations! Absolutely beautiful decor and fabulous art works throughout. Super comfortable the apartment has everything you need to an extremely high standard. We were welcomed by Simon and Theresa had made lemon drizzle cake and left a lovely welcome card and there was a bottle of wine chilling in the fridge with complimentary fresh milk and orange juice in mini school bottles too, a lovely touch. The views are stunning and the garden you have access to also down to the Summerhouse are all beautiful and a true work of love! We hope we will return again and can't recommend highly enough especially for comfort, relaxation and to truly unwind - the balcony is great for an aperitif and coffee in the morning from the Nespresso coffee maker, perfect, perfect, perfect! The perfect place for a trip to Brixham. Location was less than a 5 minute walk into the harbour, the cottage was spotlessly clean, had all the facilities needed. Communication with Rebecca was great and we even had a late check out! Cookies were left with some milk in the fridge! Lovely touch. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Beautiful apartment with stunning views. brand new bathroom with walk in shower and lovely Neal's Yard products which smell amazing. Welcome pack of food goodies including milk, butter, croissants cheese, jam, marmalade and a bowl full of fresh fruit. Couldn't have asked more from our hosts Lynne and Neal. We've stayed at many Airbnb's but have to say Luke's place was one of the best. Quiet surroundings, an easy walk into town and a beautiful, scented garden to enjoy your coffee (machine supplied). In fact, Luke's place had everything you'd need for a perfect beach holiday. Prosecco and cream tea much appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed in Julia's in May. The flat was as advertised. It's roomy, spotlessly clean, private and a home from home. It's easily accessible to all the local amenities - train station out front, a stroll to local High St. out back, with lovely shops, boutiques, pubs and restaurants and the amazing estuary views. Julia was very friendly and welcoming, without being intrusive. We highly recommend her property, and hope to revisit very soon. Thanks, Julia for a most enjoyable stay.

Fabulous three night break in this wonderful location. The weather was on our side, so eating breakfast on the decking, in the sunshine, looking out at the ocean was just perfect. Shower was hot, bed was comfy, kitchen was well-equipped and the hot tub provided the icing on the cake. We enjoyed walking along the coastal path with Ozzie the dog, and the local pub had some of the best views and decent pub grub. Sarah and Ed were lovely and friendly, whilst also being respectful of guest privacy. Great find! Would highly recommend.
