Second time I have stayed here. Off-street parking spot is nice. Clean house and nice kitchen with a few farm fresh eggs from their chickens.

Carla and Bob were wonderful hosts. They greeted us at the door and gave us a tour of the house as well as tips on how to work certain appliances. They went above and beyond to accommodate my whole family by buying a brand new inflatable bed the day before. We enjoyed having a cup of coffee in their beautiful backyard every morning. I would definitely recommend, wonderful stay for a family.

The place was perfect for what we needed. It is located close to downtown and in a quiet neighborhood. Host was very informative and the amenities are great.

We absolutely LOVED this place & will definitely book again. Directions were right on point. The views were amazing, mother nature surrounded us and it was so relaxing. Comfy beds & the kitchen views made cooking and spending time in the kitchen all that much more fun. We brought our cornhole set up but Henry's 49er cornhole boards were in the back! Had coffee out in the back every morning to catch the beautiful sunrise over the lake and mountains. Can't say enough great things about this place. The unit is very clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. Felt like it had lots of space. There’s a grocery store 2 min down the road so it’s very convenient for picking up and food or drink supplies you need. The only thing I didn’t expect was that there are two other units on this property where people live full time. There’s a small apt. connected to the back of this unit and another unit to the right, but not sharing a wall. It was not a problem and it’s not a complaint, I was just surprised when we arrived late at night and saw and handful of other cars parked out front. Overall a nice place for our 12 hour stay.

Very pleasant stay with plenty of amenities. The view over the water was fantastic. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, not a lot of traffic. Check in was simple. The house was not cluttered. It was great for our family with an 8 year old and a 4 year old. Definitely would stay here again.

Very clean and spacious home with pool and fire-pit. We were 3 families of 8 adults and we truly had a blast staying at Rashad's abode.

We enjoyed the location, close to dining and activities. It was a Great stay. The house is nicely furnished and included everything we could possibly need. The house looked just like the pictures showed. Super host who responds within a timely manner.

Great location/neighborhood for this lovely, spacious home. Private outdoor spaces abound and unique decor gives it a flair. Very kind and responsive host make it a great Modesto choice.
