Unsere liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet am Rande von Stockach und bietet alles, was Sie für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigen. Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt und ist hervorragend an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden. Zu Fuß dauert es 12 Min. zum Bahnhof. Auch der wunderschöne Bodensee ist in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto erreichbar - perfekt für Tagesausflüge nach Radolfzell, Konstanz, Meersburg und Insel Mainau.

Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

A bright and spacious balcony offers views of nearby houses and green fields. The living area features wooden ceilings and a comfortable seating arrangement. Two sleeping areas are visible, each with cozy beds and natural light coming through windows.

Obergeschoss eines Dreifamilienwohnhauses. Die Wohnung verfügt über 3 Schlafbereiche mit jeweils einem Doppelbett, sowie bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten. Diese wunderschöne Neubauwohnung (80 qm Wohnfläche) ist prima geeignet für alle Bodenseeliebhaber, Wanderer, Mountainbiker und Naturliebhaber. Ausflugsziele wie die Marienschlucht, die Insel Mainau und Konstanz sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bodman liegt am Überlinger See und bietet ein paar nette Restaurants. Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

Wi-Fi is available. The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 x200). In the spacious bathroom there is a shower and toilet. The floors are tiled and covered with real wood laminate in the bedroom. All rooms with windows and shutters.
