Beach house vacation rentals in Stobreč

We stayed a full week at Josip's place and have quite a few positive thoughts about the accomodation and the communication with Josip. First thing is the cleanliness. Everything is spot clean and well organised. This is surely the first thing one cannot not notice upon arrival. Towels and bed linen were provided. Even got bigger towels for use at the pool. The pool is of pretty decent size and is very nice and clean. Feels like being at a pool of a 4-5* hotel (but then for 4-8person)! The garden has a big walnut tree that provides plenty of shades during very sunny and hot days. This is also where we mostly sit when having a BBQ lunch/dinner. For whoever is looking for a lot of privacy, Josip's place is pretty much screaming that. Josip is a very helpful and proactive person and will go the extra mile to provide you with recommendations and tips to make your stay even more enjoyable. He is super responsive and available when in need

nice little house and the pool is very good. All necessary toiletries, kitchen and linen are included. Kristian the son is very responsive and very kind. The house is next to a river. Shops nearby.

Superb stay in Croatia. The apartment is very nice and right at a nice beach. Great restaurants are close by. Our son (9 years old) particularly enjoyed the small football pitch. Toni was a wonderful host, always responding fast and in a very helpful way. Clearly a strong recommendation from our side.

We had an amazing stay in Trogir and can highly recommend Igor’s villa! The location was absolutely magical – close to both the sea and the charming town center. The villa was incredibly well-maintained and exceeded all our expectations. Everything from the rooms to the outdoor area was perfect and thoughtfully designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There was truly nothing to complain about, and we enjoyed every moment. We can’t wait to come back!

What a hidden gem. Mario was flexible for us to leave our bags as we arrived early on the day of arrival. He was very responsive throughout our stay, with recommendations and any help we needed with the villa. The villa is exactly like the photos and is very private. We walked into Split Centre along the coast road which took an hour and had numerous cafes and beaches along the way. Ubers were efficient and plentiful and helped us to get us around. €7 to get into the heart of split/old town. Do not use local taxis! we were charged €47 for a journey that cost us €7 in an uber!! The villa has a perfect layout for two couples or families and we loved the two different sides to keep things private. The kitchen was stocked every utensil.and cockery, etc you could think of, as well as the outside eating area and outside oven. The pool was spotless, with Mario coming to clean it, he contacted us first to see if it was convenient. There is also a little back gate down to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay here at House Petar. Toni contacted us ahead of time to check on our arrival and gave clear instructions to find his house. The house was spotless and roomy and the outside patio is spacious; excellent for outdoor dining. The house actually borders the sea and there is a wide, level walkway that leads into old town, about a 5 min very pleasant walk. All the amenities that you would need are within a 5min walk. Toni was also very helpful in providing recommendations for restaurants and local beaches. Thanks Toni for a wonderful stay at House Petar. 😀

It was a wonderful stay in all respects, the perfect place to enjoy life, the sea on the doorstep, a tastefully furnished apartment.

great quiet place. the location is a 2 minute walk (with private entrance) to the beach. there's also a bus stop right beside the accommodation which takes 10 minutes to get into split. Ivana was on hand to answer any questions. you're also only a few minutes walk to the entrance of marjan park

There were 6 of us and there was enough room for all of us. The rooms are super nice and all equipped with air conditioning, the bathrooms were super nice and equipped with hot water. A beautiful kitchen with utensils to supply yourself, with fridge and freezer. Anlange also has a pool and barbeque. The landlord super friendly has responded to all wishes and suggestions, we had our privacy and were able to do almost everything we wanted. Staying again

We loved the place and the hosts were very helpful, even arranging transport from airport. The view and pool were amazing. We did not cook. Walk to town is short, but steep - maybe 10-15 minutes. Only downside is it’s right under the flight path for arrivals to Split. This is true for a lot of Trogir.

Frano always responded very quickly to inquiries. On request for additional baby cribs and high chairs, it was immediately received and it had everything you could want on site. The hospitality of Frano and his family is excellent, we were provided with fruits and eggs from their property and Frano was always present and took care of the facility (pool etc.). We were picked up from the ferry and taken back to the port by private car on the day of departure. There is a lot of heart in the apartment but also in the care of their holiday guests. We felt comfortable from the first moment and can wholeheartedly recommend the accommodation, as well as holidays at Frano's.

We had a very pleasant stay at Martina’s house. The entire property was beautiful, with a breathtaking view of the bay. One of the highlights was definitely the large pool and the jacuzzi. A special feature is that there are three separate houses, two of which have fully equipped kitchens. This offers the benefit of having a private space to retreat to. We also want to emphasize how helpful Martina was whenever we had a question or issue. She was an amazing host and made our stay even more enjoyable.

We, a family of seven, were in this beautiful house for ten days. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and felt very comfortable right away. The two apartments we rented are very modern, chic and in an extremely good condition. The amenities are very good and hospitable. We didn't miss anything. What irritated us a bit at first was that the two apartments have no connection to each other. We didn't have that on our radar, but we found a good solution for us. The location is great, you can quickly reach Split or Trogir and everything you need is within 5-10 minutes by car. There are also some good restaurants. The sea and a very good and cheap bakery are right outside the door. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and the kids loved the heated pool. We absolutely recommend the place and would book again immediately.

Jelena was a lovely host and provided us with two platters of delicious food! The view from the property was amazing and the location was ideal for the beach and going into Omiš. The apartment was very well equipped and had everything we needed. We would recommend staying here we hope to return

Luka"s place was an amazing stay! The drive to it is an adventure but well worth it. He was very helpful with any questions we had and responded right away. It was my wife's birthday and he left us bubbly! Very thoughtful. He has thought of everything that could make your stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you Luka!

The owner is very welcoming, the house is very well located, very clean and functional, in a quiet location with a great view. A beautiful cove is a 1 minute walk away. A few minutes by car there is a tourist area with everything you need ( restaurants, bars, shops...). Only thing to pay attention to, if you are 4 or less you rent only one house and not both, in this case the outside and the pool can be shared with other people in the other house.

A great villa. Really close to a lovely stretch of coast, the pool and front garden catch the sun for almost all of late morning and the afternoon. Ana is super responsive if anything goes wrong and even came at 23:30 at night for one issue.

We had the most wonderful time staying at Patria Suite. The accommodation was perfect - luxurious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. The private terrace and roof top pool are really special. However, even better than this were the hosts. We wish we could give more than 5* for this! All so warm, friendly and welcoming (but never intruding on our privacy - you would never know that they live on the lower floors, other than they are there to help when ever you need anything). They provided everything we needed for our 7 month old baby (even buying a new mattress for the cot, baby bath and toys especially for him!). The fresh fruit and vegetables from Damira’s garden are spectacular. It was such a special place to stay. The care and attention to detail from the family made this THE best Air BnB we have ever stayed in.

The proximity to the beach was brilliant- it was very clean and lovely to snorkel and saw lots of fish. It was close to Split and Trogir and Krka, all of which we would recommend. We weren’t really bothered by the proximity to the airport- couldn’t hear it at all inside. The outdoor space was lovely in the dappled shade of the olive trees. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful 7-day stay! The host was incredibly attentive and responded to our questions within a minute every time. The villa was gorgeous, and the location in Split was perfect. We want to thank the entire team for making our family holiday so special. We'll definitely be back soon!

Very spacious, quiet and close to the city centre. A beautiful terrace is one of the most beautiful ones I’ve even seen in Split 👌🏻

Perfect for two adults and two teenagers who needed there own space. Air conditioning was essential as it was so hot, outdoor space great and shady too.
