Our lovely 35m2 apartment has 1 bedroom (with one double bed), kitchen, living room, bathroom and balcony. The kitchen has utensils for cooking, dishes for serving food and drinks, fridge and freezer. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning,wi-fi, TV and washing machine. Additional services: linens and towels. Parking is on the street and if you are without car we offer transportation to apartment (additional charge). The price includes all costs such as tourist tax. We are located in the small place called Stobreč situated 6 km south of Split. Apartment is located in very peaceful place, just 500 meters from sea and beach. The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes walking. The nearest bus station is 500 meters and airport is 20 km far. We will give you informations and recommendations for good restaurants and cafes both near the apartment and the city too. We also have information about day trips from Split including nearby national parks, waterfalls, ancient towns and also information about boat trips to the islands. There's also information about the beaches, the transport links etc. I'm sure you will find Split a wonderful place to visit. Apartment is the perfect choice for your vacation because it is situated in quiet location but very close to Split where you can find different type of entertainment.

This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Our studio apartment is just next to the sea. The closest beach is only 2 minutes walk, while city beach is approximately 7 min walk. The interior is simple but cosy, with breathtaking view from the terrace wich gives you the 'sitting on the boat' experience. You have very good restaurant that works until 2 am, few shops and loads of caffe bars on approx. 7 minutes walk distance, old town of Split on approx 15 minutes by car (or 30 by local bus)

Villa is located in a beautiful part of Split, next to a small town Stobreč, 500 meters from the sandy beach. Villa offers accommodation for 11 persons.Two luxurious, modern and fully furnished apartments are located on the ground floor and on the 2nd floor of the house. We live on the first floor, take care of the maintenance of the house, garden and the pool. Villa is only 5 kilometers away from the old center of Split and Diocletian's palace!
