Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle and Romanesque church between the Wald- and Weinviertel near Eggenburg. Cozy, south-facing and quiet kitchen-living room. Sleeping area with curtain can be divided. Bicycles, canoes, kayaks, sand playground, table tennis table and the sauna with bath and outdoor shower are at your disposal. Pure nature bungalow for 2 adults and max. 1 child

The bungalow for your own use is located directly on the Lehenhüttl pond in an absolutely quiet location and, together with the owners' house, belongs to the buildings in the meadow that are worth preserving. There are no neighbors (single location). The beautiful town of Jaidhof with a castle and recreational pond is about 500 m away. Krems an der Donau is about 18 km away. The town of Gföhl with shops and restaurants is 1 km away. At the Krumau reservoir (10 km), you have the opportunity for a boat trip.

The immediate vicinity to Rosenburg and Burg Gars is ideal for guests who would like to combine their stay with a visit or work on the rich art and cultural events, e.g. the Burg Gars opera. A few minutes from the house, charming wine taverns invite you to enjoy regional wines and specialties. Cycling and hiking trails start right at the door!

Right in the heart of the beautiful Wachau, we would like to warmly welcome you to this new apartment above the rooftops of Weißenkirchen. Enjoy the magnificent views from the vineyards to the Danube. The apartment (approx. 40 m²), built with a lot of love, is located in the quiet, historic old town center and is equipped with underfloor heating, a bathroom/toilet and a kitchenette. Local suppliers, rustic wine taverns and hiking or Bike paths are very close by.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Our two cats are also part of the family;you are welcome to interact with them. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

Dingelberghof offers tranquility and relaxation, where deer often wander into the open garden. Despite the peaceful setting, it’s just one hour from Vienna Central Station, with good rail and road connections. The 130 sqm guest suite has a romantic courtyard on one side and a private garden with a sauna and shower on the other. The 16th-century walls, with vaulted ceilings in the kitchen and bathroom, create a unique atmosphere.

The Imbach tree house can comfortably accommodate two people. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed. From the property, you can easily set off on a variety of excursions: to the Wachau, to Krems or to the Waldviertel. But the capital city of Vienna is also just an hour away.

Micro house in Krems-Süd

Due to the positive experiences as Airbnb hosts, we converted the smallest barn on our property into a tiny house in 2020-2022. We planned and built everything ourselves and hope our guests will feel comfortable and enjoy their time in Krems and the Wachau! On a few square meters, the small house offers everything you need for a cozy stay. Charming terrace included! Welcome!

The property is located in the basement of my private house. You have your own entrance and privacy is of great importance. Free parking is available just a 2-minute walk from the property.
