We had a wonderful stay. The place is so cozy with beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked with proper utensils. The beds are very comfortable too.

Set in lovely grasmere. Flat 5 at the top of the house. Really spacious. Everything that you would need. Clear and useful instructions throughout. Made it super easy. Lovely and quiet Perfect host. Always on hand and happy to help. Couldn’t ask for anything else Many thanks

She really is a 10/10 host, very easy to talk to, caring and very responsive to your needs! A gorgeous little cottage!! Perfect for two people looking for a quiet getaway, or even three with the roll-out sofabed. We stayed here primarily for the local marathon; access to Brockhole was incredibly easy, and Grasmere Village has plenty to offer in the way of shops, pubs, local cafes and stunning scenery. My first time visiting the Lakes, and surely not the last. Thank you Phil!
