House vacation rentals in Stichtse Vecht

Das Haus von Marlieke und ihrer Familie ist in Wirklichkeit noch schöner als auf den Bildern! Die Aussicht ins Grüne ist einfach der Hammer! Außerdem war der Kühlschrank voll mit Getränken, Butter, Brötchen, Croissants, Käse, Milch und eine Menge Eier von den eigenen Hühnern und mehr. Außerdem hat uns Marlieke einen riesigen Obstkorb hingestellt, wir konnten uns frischen O-Saft zum Frühstück pressen, herrlich! Das ist nicht selbstverständlich, es hat uns tatsächlich an nichts gefehlt. Marlieke war unglaublich gastfreundlich und hat uns viele wertvolle Ausflugstipps gegeben. Das Highlight für die Kinder (3 und 6 Jahre) waren die Hasen und Hühner, die sie jeden Tag füttern durften. Außerdem hat Marlieke ganz viel Spielzeug für die beiden bereitgestellt, sodass niemals Langeweile aufkam. Des Weiteren gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, was sehr praktisch war. Das Haus ist absolut sauber und total gemütlich, wir haben uns einfach rundum wohl gefühlt!

We had a very good time at Mike's place. The surroundings are very beautiful and the house is very enjoyable too. The weather was on our side so we were lucky enough to be able to enjoy the pool and to swim in the river Amstel and to use her pebble board too. Staying there with kids allowed them to use the trampoline daily and to play in the garden. There is nothing (town, shops) at walking distance so for that you need to take the car but the view and beautiful landscape you get just by looking outside the windows when you wake up is worthwhile!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house is exactly as shown in the photos – spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The surroundings are calm and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax. Near the center (the public transportation is a 5 minute walk away) The host was fantastic: very kind, super communicative, and always available if we needed anything. Everything was clearly explained, and he made sure we had access to all the amenities. This place is truly a hidden gem – the quality you get for the price is outstanding. It’s ideal for families, with plenty of space and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly, highly recommend! 🤍 Thank you, Francisco!

Excellent séjour à 2 familles. Le jardin avec la vue sur le lac juste magique. Très calme. En pleine nature et malgré tout à proximité des commerces et restaurants. Merci pour le prêt des vélos et du bateau. C’était génial de se déplacer sur l’eau. La région est magnifique et à distance raisonnable de différentes villes à visiter . Floris est un hôte attentionné ( décoration pour Pâques, cadeaux de bienvenue..) et a répondu dans la journée à nos messages. La maison était très spacieuse et très propre. Charme authentique d’une vieille ferme. Merci pour ce vrai break

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Arjen. La maison est très agréable, très joliment décorée, dans un quartier calme, idéale pour une famille de 4. Très belle cuisine très bien équipée. La place de parking est un vrai plus sachant qu’ensuite on peut aller au centre d’Amsterdam en 20 mn grâce à la station de tram toute proche. La maison doit être très agréable en été avec la terrasse au bord de l’eau. Nous espérons revenir et nous recommandons cette location à 100% !

We waren met z'n 5'en. Het was fijn dat we 4 verschillende kamers hadden om te benuttigen en dat we fietsen mochten lenen. Mooi rustig gebied en een makkelijke bus naar Utrecht. Het hebben van een parkeerplaats was ook heel fijn. We hebben het zwembad zelf niet gebruikt maar het klimtouw was grappig. Vonden het ook heel leuk om voor de hamster te zorgen ook al was hij schuw.

Que du bonheur dans cette belle maison, une cuisine super bien équipée, et un jardin splendide. Très bien située pour découvrir la région facilement ( train, vélo....) et un accueil adorable Nous sommes conquis !!!

We stayed at Marnix and Margot’s place for almost 3 weeks. They very helpful and accommodating and allowed us to check in one night in advance in the evening because our other Airbnb finished and we had small kids and lots of luggage. Also, they went an extra mile and accommodated us with safety gates for our 2 year old twins. That was huge for us. The place was just as described. Renovated, nice, free of clutter. We found everything we needed. The backyard is perfect for spending time with kids. Our girls loved the trampoline and the slide. Having so many bicycles to choose from including the big family bike was an amazing bonus. The hosts were always responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and the hosts.

Great old farmhouse in typical Dutch countryside environment. The house is spotless and well equipped for a comfortable stay. Amenities all there and lovely kitchen for cooking and sitting. The cows came out the next day what was another surprise. Beautiful star gazing at the terraces at night. Lovely host with quick and clear communication. Thanks! It’s a bit remote so travel by car.

Elisabeth is een heel toegankelijke host, communiceert snel en prettig. Het huis is een fantastische plek, goede bedden, veel ruimte en rust. Echt een aanrader!

The chalet was wonderful, it has everything you could need during the stay. Maurice was very attentive and helpful.

Very nice and quiet place. More than enough room for our family of five. About half an hour from Amsterdam. Having a car is a must. All in all, we had a great time.

Lucias Haus liegt malerisch an einem Bogen der Vecht. Unser Lieblingsplatz war die kleine Bank vor dem Haus und wir schauten mit unserem Morgenkaffee in der Hand den vorbeifahrenden Booten zu. Luicas Haus ist originell mit vielen Kunstgegenständen eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Unglaublich schön ist der kleine, sehr professionell angelegte Garten hinter dem Haus. Herzlichen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Zunächst einmal hat uns die Gastgeberin Jan herzlich empfangen, er war freundlich und sympathisch. Dafür möchten wir ihm danken. Die Wohnung sah genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Sie wurde mit einem ästhetischen Gespür gestaltet und dekoriert. Die Sauberkeit war sehr gut, besonders im Bad, der Toilette und der Küche. Auch die Lage war großartig – wir konnten das Zentrum von Amsterdam in nur 30 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichen. Es war eine schlichte und stilvolle Unterkunft mitten in der Natur. Einziger Kritikpunkt wäre die Schalldämmung. Die Küche wird gemeinsam genutzt, und selbst die leisesten Geräusche aus der Küche sind direkt im Zimmer hörbar. Besonders Familien mit Babys sollten dies berücksichtigen.

Really nice place with a big garden. Close to a big grocery store (~2 mins) and ~20 mins from the city center by bus. The kitchen is fully equipped, there was a desk I could use to work and the Wi-Fi connection is excellent and stable. Thank you for making your house available!

A fantastic New Year break with the family . We were 6 adults and found the house to be a great base . It was so comfortable, I think in previous reviews someone had mentioned the beds and they were definitely some of the best we have stayed in. The kitchen was fully equipped , so the night we decided to eat in was very easy. We used the bus stop from outside the house to travel into Utrecht and on to Amsterdam with ease . We walked to the local shops and found everyone very friendly . A beautiful location, we’d definitely recommend and hopefully return . Thank you Victoria and Yolanda!!

Me and my family had a lovely time at Hannah’s place for New Year’s Eve. The house is located in an idilic part of the beautiful Loenen aan de Vetch. It’s a comfortable place with great facilities for family time: big dining area, sociable big kitchen, big sofa, beautiful features etc. We would love to come back in summer time!!! It must be heaven then! We didn’t met Hannah, but communication was great, really easy, quick and helpful… thank you Hannah!

We absolutely loved Bart's house! Even though I'm from Holland I had never stayed in this area before, so it was a great experience. Especially for foreigners it will be even more special.

Gerdie's house is nicely made and decorated, spotless clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood is really quiet and the location is great, close to Amsterdam and not far from Keukenhof. Gerdie is a very welcoming and nice host, we felt like at home in her lovely house and we'll keep only good memories from our short stay there.

Thanks for hosting, we have wonderful vacation there. The house is modern and pretty. Facility in kitchen is so comprehensive, oven, toaster, all type of ingredients, etc. The place is quiet and neighborhood is friendly. Restaurants nearby are awesome, especially the Same same Thai restaurant and Istanbul one. Supermarket is only 10 min walk. Some minor shortage is that its a bit far from train station (almost need 25-30 min walk). Alternatively, there is bus which is only 2 stops to or from train station. Also, there is no room at ground floor, so we need to carry out luggage upstairs to 2 or 3rd floor But overall, this is a lovely house and we highly recommend it.

Twee jaar geleden stonden we tijdens een fietstochtje langs de Vecht bij het ophaalbruggetje in Loenen aan de Vecht: “ wauw, je zult hier maar wonen!” Toen wisten we nog niet dat we dat twee jaar later bijna een week lang mochten ervaren. Het huis van Edward is een bijzonder sfeervol en karakteristiek huis vlakbij het bruggetje aan de Vecht. Je kunt uren op het bankje genieten van alle boten die langs varen. Het huis is comfortabel, alles is aanwezig. Goed ingerichte keuken, goede bedden, sfeervolle inrichting. De tuin is een woonruimte op zich. De directe omgeving lijkt op een openluchtmuseum. Er is genoeg te doen, fietsen, wandelen en natuurlijk varen. Edward reageert snel en heeft goede tips voor dingen om te doen en waar je moet zijn om lekker te eten. Daar hebben we dankbaar gebruik van gemaakt. Wij hebben het heerlijk gehad. Aanrader.

Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 young kids) felt right at home, the house was modern and clean. Tom left us a lovely bottle of wine and stroopwafels for us all to enjoy. There was a beautiful running/walking path and good restaurants close by. It was a great home away from home. A car is definitely highly recommended.

My first AirBnB and i wasnt let down. The Town was quiet and beatiful. The train Station is easy to reach and Amsterdam is around 10-20 minutes depending in where you want to go. Arnoud was really friendly. Groceries are around 10 min by foot and have a lot to offer. 10/10 would 100% come again :)
