Absolutely amazing place to stay. Phil greeted us upon our arrival and explained everything. The house was perfect exactly as described and everything we needed. The beds were comfy, spacious rooms, brilliantly well equipped kitchen and 2 lovely bathrooms. The outside space with the hot tub and games room were perfect for our 9, 13, 15 year olds. The games room is huge and has so much to keep the kids entertained when the weather turns! Phil provided us with a constant supply of wood for the hot tub and pizza oven, nothing was too much trouble. The pizza oven was a really fun experience, it takes 3 hours to heat up but being next to the hot tub and games room it was no problem to keep an eye on it. Alison and Phil were fantastic hosts and made us feel right at home bringing the Pony for a stroke and taking our youngest to feed the chickens. We had our sprocker spaniel with us, she loved all the space and we could walk her straight from the house. I massively recommend this place.

We have a great 4day stay at Cornmill Cottage, although you could walk to local pub it was a bit far but lovely locals very friendly, food was lovely, we visited Tenby and Dale both were lovely places, Pembroke Castle is a must, the guide was very knowledgeable we also went to Cenarth which is a beautiful village and had the most lovely walk along the river via the footpath and spotted 2 otters, would differently stay at Cornmill again well worth a visit.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely little cottage. It was well equipped, clean and a delight to stay in. The little garden was perfect for our dog and Upper Thornton itself is quiet and peaceful and not far from lovely local gems like Bosherston, Lilly Ponds, Manorbier Castle & Beach, Milford Haven, etc. Sue was welcoming and friendly and would definitely visit again. This is one of (if not) the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed in! Janet's annexe is a perfect place to stay for a short or long period and feeling like you're at home! It's been decorated like this is a rent home and you definitely feel like you are in your own place. We would love to live in a house like Janet's! All looks modern, tidy and well furnitured. All was clean, everything provided, from linen to anything you could think of for your everyday life and cooking, including kids' toys! We loved the nice welcome pack given by Janet and Steve - a very nice touch! The place is also well positioned near the marina, shops and the main attractions of South Pembrokeshire. The annexe is also perfect to relax: it has a beautiful sun reading room and a patio where to chill out and grill. 100% recommended and we would definitely be back when we come back to Pembrokeshire!
