Located in the prestigious “Pill Hill” walking distance to all of downtown Rochester, 1 block from St. Marys Hospital (in the background of pic). From St Marys catch the free Mayo Shuttle to other Mayo locations. Beautiful hardwood floors, 1 bedroom with walk-in closet, full bath, Kitchen, Fast WiFi, Smart Tv. THE SPACE IS UPSTAIRS. Centrally located in Chatfield - about 20 minutes to Rochester and a stones-throw to many great Root River adventure areas! This house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas, plus plenty of off-street parking space. There is also a secure, oversized single-car garage for safe vehicle storage. It's a 5 minute walk to many restaurants, bars, parks, grocery, convenience stores, etc.
